Melissa is definitely an amazing coordinator and planner! She created gorgeous style shoots and has a great art sense to make a magical event happen. Melissa was a pleasure to work with. I was a wreck the day of my wedding, but I can go honestly say that she put my mind at ease. It takes a lot to calm me down since I’m a person that likes to take control over everything, but she followed through with my vision and made my wedding a fairytale. I just want to start by saying Melissa and her husband are very friendly folks. However I must leave an honest review. My daughter's wedding was not perfect at all and things went wrong but it was not Melissa's fault that venders and U-Haul showed up late BUT.... I don't feel she knows how to delegate and make use of time and people. She does not work well under pressure in my opinion. Every wedding has stuff go wrong some more that others but she could have used her assistants more wisely. I told her in a meeting days before the wedding that I had people ready to help and she told me on the day No that she had everything under control. She did not. so much of our decor was not put out. money wasted because she couldn't accept help. she didn't want no one to lift a finger but yet nothing was getting done. I gave her a detailed book with pictures and notes and everything in the boxes per table had notes.My daughter and I had everything very organized. So much was not set up right. out of 5 stars I give Melissa and her team 2 stars for being friendly.
