Amazing place to stop! Something for all ages! You pay once price at the entrance, and have access to everything....gondola andvcanopy tree walk are included. Walk among the canopy of giant redwoods is a must! Nice gift shop at the end. I would allow 1.5 to 2 hours in your schedule for this attraction.

I had an awesome time. I showed up when they first opened. It was a great hike along the marked trail. Lots of interesting info and beautiful views. The Canopy Trail up through the trees was lots of fun. I enjoyed the Gondola ride and came back down on the very steep and rugged Wilderness Trail. Overall, a great place for all ages.

This is redwood wonderland! Once you step into the trails, you feel like a tiny explorer in a fairytale forest surrounded by towering giants. Walking across the suspension bridge with the redwoods stretching endlessly around is unforgettable. It adds the right amount of adventure to the peaceful beauty of the trails. The uniquely named trees make the visit even more special. Each tree has its own story, making the journey through the forest feel like meeting a cast of towering characters. The Candelabra tree is a remarkable specimen, with an incredible will to survive. The Cathedral tree , a group of nine trees growing together (the site of Easter services and weddings) feels almost sacred. The SkyTrail gondola ride is an absolute must. The gift shop is packed with unique souvenirs, and locally made crafts. Exploring this place is like going on a scavenger hunt, where each stop is awe-inspiring! I regret forgetting to buy a seedling, maybe I will get one from their online store.

It was a great time for ourc6 person / 3 generation family party. We all enjoyed our time from 4-62. It was a great experience. The trails were wonderful, although we were disappointed that some of the recordings didn't work for us to hear the exciting details of the exhibits. The sky walk and tram were fantastic. We loved it all.

It was a must visit place
They have maintained and created so many things that you can spend 3-4 hours easily here. Kids will love it. Adults will enjoy
Do try the trail from top of Gondola. It's bit tricky because of slope but it's fun

If Disney had a small park for the Redwoods....

This was a really fun experience!
We stopped here two years ago, but they were close to closing so we only walked the store and museum then.
This time we got the Tix ($30 per person) and spent some time there.
We enjoyed learning things about trees, flowers, and people. (Learn some yourself from the pics)
We walked slowly and just absorbed the beauty of each tree and its ancient wisdom and majesty.
We walked the skybridges, feeling what it is like to be IN the very branches of a Redwood.
We soared over them, like a bird in the gondolas.
We hiked back down, which they aren't kidding, it isn't for anyone who isn't super keen on hiking steep places!
All in all we loved the experience here.
Super easy to find, parking was fine, and we packed lunch and ate at the picnic tables (only saw two at the south end of parking lot), then got some fudge to finish the day off.

The process: all information is available in their website including locations, hours, and a phone number. You arrive and buy tickets at the booth.
The park: incredible! So much fun for adults while being family friendly! I wouldn't really recommend it for folks needing accessibility features as it is dirt hiking paths, but it isn't terribly long and you can go as slow as you like. Bathrooms are at the beginning by the gift shop, at the top of the gondola ride, and one at the interpretive center. The gift shop is full of options, a small museum, and more about the Tall Tales like Paul Bunyan.
Favorites: the canopy bridge trails, the sky gondolas, and the funky redwoods throughout the park.
Overall a very fun day well spent!

The kids absolutely loved this stop. They really enjoyed the gondola ride, me not so much 😂 They were tired if the same old hike and big trees. So this really helped them enjoy it more.
