Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is right off the 10 freeway with a E amount of parking. Julisa and Hilda at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. Their willingness to help with our group necessities and many other requests were exceptional.

If you have to stay in Blythe, then this is a solid choice. some reviews said that the location was out of the way, well, newsflash, Blythe doesnt have too much going on, it is somewhat in teh middle of nowehere relatively speaking. The staff was friendly, but if you want to grab food, i dont think its easy to walk to anywhere, so you will need a car. No complaints about the rooms, the gym and staff were fine. Would stay here again if im in teh area.

Very nice rooms. Bathrooms had the best soap, shampoo, and conditioner I've ever used in a hotel before. Breakfast was terrific. Also, so very, very convenient off I-10.

We had a wonderful stay in Blythe. Two hours after we left we received a call that I had left an expensive jacket in the room
Two days later it arrived at my address-I’m thrilled and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility. Thank you for your honesty, for your delightful hotel and for your efficient service!

The shower grout needed maintenance. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
The hotel staff knocked on the door at 11 am to rush us out of the room. There weren't many guests in the hotel, so I'm not sure why they were in a hurry.

Right off highway.

Maps falling off and dangling off wall. Bath tub peeling and chipped up. Shampoo and conditioner bottles empty. No body wash bottle. AC didn't work. Shower head barely trickles out.

Not the hilton standard. Would say it's the worst hilton I've stayed at!

Oh and tv won't turn on and bathroom sliding door is off hinges.

Immediately off highway which is nice. Hot breakfast is good and well staffed.

EV charger is not working. Business center is not available. Beds *sound* like coil mattresses from the 60s (but they are still comfortable albeit loud). Employees are nice, but were initially shocked at our concern and seemed to think we were just trying to get something for free when we just wanted a bed that wouldn’t wake our baby up if we moved on it in the night.

This is one of the more expensive hotels in the area so we booked it expecting a nicer stay. The website needs to be updated with actual working amenities.

Very basic- they called it a suite! I had to request a hair dryer that worked. The biggest issue was that there was no ventilation in the room- the heating/air conditioning unit did not turn on and the windows did not open. When I told the front desk person, she said something along the lines of, “Oh, sorry about that. Thanks, I’ll let maintenance know.” Ohhhh, Hilton, how far you have fallen. The room cost for one night was $243.00- outrageous!!!
