Kiran amazing Avis employee , fast service is a total professional very knowledgeable and accommodating. She made my experience easy and fun , will be renting with Avis through the Uber partners program in the nearest future because of her. Thank you Avis !!

I rented a car to drive for Uber for several months at this location. There were numerous issues ranging from billing to mechanical.

Steven, the manager, gets 5-stars.

However the owner (?) Shivam gets a one-star. This location is independently owned and operated and doesn't positively represent the Avis brand.

I emailed about the lights needing to be replaced on the car and was told to purchase them and replace them myself.

I declined because that isnt in Uber’s rental agreement. Shivam then sent me a series of harassing and aggressive emails filled with bad grammar and spelling. He deflects, makes excuses, and comes across as dishonest.

He told me to return the vehicle immediately. I currently drive for Uber full-time and was blessed to take my business somewhere else. I read other reviews online for this location and others have had similar experiences.

Shivam needs lessons in leadership, operations management, written communication, and empathy.

I wouldn't rent from this location again even if they were the last rental car company left on earth.

They gave us a car with both rear tires almost worn out last Friday(9/18) and we realized that tires were in very poor condition after driving around 1500 miles. We had to drive 200 miles in extreme dangerous condition to the nearest Avis location to exchange a safer car.
So don’t go this location for your own safety.

Rented a car on the app, but when I went there to pick up, they said there is no car for me and wanted me to wait for 5 hrs for a potentially available vehicle.

Called the customer service, and the best they can do is only refund, doesn’t even care the whole morning you wasted.

To the owner’s reply: it's defenilty a no car issue and not a waiting issue. You should check with your employee and customer service. They both told me there was no car for me even though they confirmed I have a reservation.

Worst place ever. I had my reservation at 8am. The guy in charge named Steven did not show up until 8:45. His colleagues won’t even help him to serve costumers. Model 3 which I reserved was not available. Sloppy performance by the crew of this rental.

Very good selection of cars, low prices, and customer service here is excellent. After extending my car rental, I asked if they could wash the car as I was keeping it for another month, which they did. A special thanks to Steven who not only initially selected a great car for me, but who went above and beyond to help me after I told him my cellphone's battery had died. Not only did he find a repair shop, but he graciously gave me a car charger to use which worked, indicating that my battery was still good. Outstanding service!

UPDATE: Rented again in late July from this location and once again Steven provided me with a great car. Wonderful attitude and superior customer service at this location.

Very disappointing - do not recommend using this place. They didn’t even have my car available for me when I came to pick it up. They said “we’re still waiting on our cars to arrive”. I had made the reservation well in advance.
