Farnaz is always in a hurry to sell tickets. She is also rude if you want to discuss options. Sold a wrong ticket (made it hard to change) and the customer service is minimal. No difference in price from an online ticket.

This company withholds information from their clients, they had terrible customer service skills and continue to change their story over to help their own. They preyed on the language barrier and use selected verbiage to withhold information. When asked why they withheld that the ticket was only valid for 6 months, they said they did not have to tell my mother to begin with. This company is a complete fraud. DO NOT GO TO THEM!

Yasin and his team is very unreliable and unprofessional drivers. They will not keep their commitments. Also, I don’t recommend them for school pickup and drops. There is always a confusion and drama during pickup and drops.

I bought ticket from them and miss my flight
Try to contact them and they didn’t even reply to my message and then I have to call to the airline their response was you have to contact with the travel agent where you bought a ticket
The bottom line is I am not recommend any one to deal with that kind of situation especially when you need them and then not reply
