I just decided to come down this way after an interview in Burlingame. I have only visited this place a handful of times, and I have never seen this area of the Center. It's really nice and comfortable here, although it's not crowded with people, as it usually is, so I can experience this area a little.

Top shelf assistance. Our concierge was direct, kind and provided the information we needed almost instantly. The next time you happen by, stop in and ask for the nearest restroom and you will be treated to a professional and surely well trained concierge experience. Enjoy!

I'm going to preface this with the fact that we are in the middle of a global pandemic.
I was TRYING to go into the mall that was open. All of the mall entrances were locked with no signage telling you how to enter. Got into one of the dept. stores and shopped. When I was done all mall access was closed. When I asked how I could get into the mall, the gal didn't know. This mall MIGHT have been amazing! I guess we'll never know. They got two stars for the fact that there was tons of covered parking!

Best part of this place if you like pastrami sandwiches try the refuge .. this mall has an awesome line up of food & stores my wifes favorite is lush for all those bath bombs & hair treatments

The mall lacks good stores. The stores have no deals and for that reason you can only find $120 jeans in every store. If your lucky they will be on sale for $75. I'll save my money and go to serramonte
