I don't recommend this agency. It's the worst, except for the Gardena one, which is the one the South Central Regional Center works with. At this Gardena agency, the staff is disgusting, unprofessional, and untrained. They think they're giving you the service for free, and the manager is just a decoration.

Working for the respite department as given me insight towards my career path. Maxim has offered me great service within employment and gaining new connections. The respite department is always on top of schedules, clients, and making sure our clients are satisfied! Yanira has helped me so much with starting employment and giving me helpful tips when needed. I very recently had my employee evaluation with this company, thanks to the amazing training and easily accessible support from the main office I feel confident about my future career in ABA. I came to maxim without knowing exactly what to expect, personally it's been a dream job and I'm not sure if I'd ever want to leave this field. I’ve been an employee with Maxim Healthcare Services for 13 years in their Home Health Department. I’ve experienced many ups and downs. Overall my experience has been very good. I wouldn't have remained an employee if I wasn't treated with respect. There are many office staff who are very supportive and help me do my job without worry. Socorro is awesome. My experience at Maxim has been a really good one! My client's parents and my client's have been a pleasure to work with. There have been times when parents (past client's) have complained to me about changes in the schedule or not receiving updated schedules (calendar sheet). Other than that, I am enjoying working for Maxim!

In regards to the Maxim app, I've had technical difficulties with it, some weeks I would receive rejections of my data sheet submissions and other weeks I wouldn't. Therefore, I just drop them off in person to make it more convenient for me and to prevent issues with my pay.

Also, I'd like to add that my current supervisor Ms. Alex Martynowicz, the ABA dept manager Hanh Nguyen, and office staff member Michael Jon have been great support!

Working in the ABA department has been a wonderful experience. It is without a doubt the most fulfilling job I've ever had. Aside from that the staff is very supportive. They do not hesitate to help when needed and are always willing to show appreciation for their employees.
