We had a great experience at the hotel! The hotel is about 25 minutes away from the LAX airport which it was relatively close for us, and there are all kinds of stores near by!
The price is fair and the staff is really nice and friendly! They have a self parking in their own front parking lot for free.
Room was nice and clean.
Definitely coming back!!! Thank you for making our experience in LA great!

I love being at this hotel is absolutely beautiful. It reminds me of the 1980s in someway from the interior to exterior. I really like that beautiful chandeliers beautiful Christmas room very luxurious and I like being here personally I just I love it. It’s beautiful modern luxurious, and definitely has potential in a modern world in 2024, but can I bring it towards our past from as early to mid to late 80s, but it’s absolutely it’s beautiful. It’s gorgeous. It’s just over the top really romantic a place where couples in love lovers in love and those who enjoy being in this hotel is it is really pretty. I like it. It’s beautiful. It’s dreams of the 80s and Christmas. It definitely echoes are past and I just wanna say thank you for your service and thank you for your time maybe a little bit more on the breakfast either upstairs or downstairs either too, but I know that your breakfasts are pretty good other than that thank you for for your time service and thank you for for accepting us as guests thank you so much have a happy holidays and a merry Christmas and happy New Year’s. Thank you so much.

Positive: The breakfast is great, the room looked amazing. The room is very clean and the staff attended to me nicely. Negative: They don't have movie channels and it's not anything to watch, but very nice. Everything is in a different language not English besides the very few news channels.

Me and my wife arrived at the hotel on 12/30/24. Upon arrival, we noted the place "looked" well-kept; however, the room we were initially given (209) the carpet has a bit of an odor to it (an odor they have attempted to mask with carpet powder perhaps). Also, online, it states free WiFi, but you can not receive WiFi via the television sets; only via your own devices (computers, phones, etc; otherwise, it's basic television). Later that evening, after check in, I approached the front desk and told management that we can not get WiFi via our television; management told me their televisions are only basic. I told him online it doesn't specify basic TV only; instead, it says "free WiFi." (Whenever free WiFi is specified on an ad, it generally means free WiFi for televisions as well). I then asked management if we could perhaps bring our own TV into our room, enabling us to get WiFi. Management responded no. I then told him I noticed we were given a room with a small TV; and upon examination all the other rooms have at least fifty-inch TVs. Management's response was that all the rooms donot have the same size television. Ultimately, we were moved to yet another room (203), that does not have a working heater (literally no heat at all); and when you cut the bathroom light on, there is a loud noise coming from ceiling fan. Worst yet, it's 3:00 a.m., and I'm now at the Gardena Memorial hospital, in the emergency section, with my wife because she has been BIT by bed bugs ( she has huge ugly red bumps on her upper right thigh; this, too, was reported to the front desk; front desk stated they would report it (and only provided bandages because there were no alcohol or any other emergency kit onsite.). My wife is presently being evaluated by emergency staff. (Note: we booked a room for an entire week, $650; the very least they could have done was to allow us to bring our own TV, into our room, which is WiFi accessible).

Last week I was about to cancel my reservation and lose my money just because of all the negative comments I read, so I came back to write my review. The hotel is being remodeled and has changed owners. It is a small, old hotel with a nice garden. Breakfast is included. The employees are friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I think that for what you pay, it is a very good option if all you want is a place to rest.

Pros: This is a 1950’s era building in a quiet and safe suburban Asian neighborhood street. No pets allowed. The hotel is next to a Asian shopping center with lots of good eats, coffee shops and a grocery store. They have nice garden patio areas. Skip the regular rooms and get a suite, it’s more updated to the 70’s. The maids were nice and accommodating. Lots of free parking. $20 room deposit!

Cons: No elevators. Very rude Asian female desk clerk, the full size room had full beds were sitting on Queen size metal frames, painful and awkward. The descriptions for the rooms are very misleading. For instance, they rooms with washer, there is no washer in the room, but there is a laundry room mostly used by the maids. “Kitchenettes” that turned out to be a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. The meager offering of breakfast is located on the second floor, skip their breakfast and go to IHOP or the Pan restaurant.

I saw the biggest roach that I’ve ever seen on my last morning. I was told that they come in sometimes from outside. I was not expecting a BUG as an extra guest. Who knows what else was hiding. That bug and the rude Asian female hotel clerk made my staff unsatisfactory. Never again.

The hotel is old, the room is clean, there were no bedbugs or cockroaches, the breakfast is very poor, overall you get what you pay for, but for Europeans it is too extreme 😄

The description of the room was loaded with amenities that did not exist, misleading. This is a old hotel but it is clean. Book if this is all you can afford. The hotel is safe and quiet. ||The bed linen smelled like man funk. There are no elevators, no pets allowed. Asian lady at desk was rude. There was a huge bug in my room. Gross
