Such a cozy room. Comfy carpeting, nice bedside lamps on both sides of the bed, and a beautiful wood wall unit. Nice size tv. Also such a nice feature to have the sink in the hallway. But the bathroom and shower are really outdated, old with yellow tile. Reminds me of what a sanitarium bathroom might look like. Shocking to see, when the room is so modern and cozy.

Great hotel. Friendly staff stayed for 2 days after a horrible experience at another hotel. This place was great. Kid friendly. CLEAN! AND SAFE!

Called to book a room, when I said "April" first agent immediately hung up on me. Thought it was an error or a phone glitch, called again, got a different agent, and said I needed to book a room in April. Agent: "It's all booked up, sorry". Me: "Oh, I'm with a group, there's a block..." . Never dealt with reservation agents this rude in my life.

The room was clean and fine. My only complaint is that the $100 deposit they take at check-in for incidentals is held on for 10 days after my checkout. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very exceptional Hotel for the location in Price point. Staff is great rooms are clean linens bed pillows, comfortable. Facility is clean and it’s obvious that the maintenance team along with all other staff that I interacted with takes their job seriously and exhibits. Great customer service. Even their office Staff were prompt and helpful when I needed copies of receipts for our records

Monica at the front desk displayed passive-aggressive and rude behavior. After a two-hour drive to reach the location, her unnecessary rudeness during check-in was disappointing. The lobby is decent, and I had previously experienced great service from Breanna. I am looking forward to a change in the receptionist (or her attitude) at the inn.

I stayed in this hotel this past weekend. First off, the staff was unbelievably friendly! They made me welcome, and were very approachable. I am from Utah, and have family I Hanford, so it was great to have such a great hotel. I needed to extend my stay one more night, and they were accommodating, friendly, and were able to charge my card without me needing to be there. The location is great, and I felt safe. The AC in the room was great, the room was clean, and felt very modern. I heard some other hotels would get upset, but there was no issue having my family come visit. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the water pressure in the bathroom was great! 10/10 I would recommend this hotel hands down for a stay in Hanford!
