First off….. with me…. it’s their Smile
and their Attitude…… Like they really
want to help you. Not just because
it’s a job…but more — because they
want to please you and make certain
- that you are feeling comfortable..
But then you have a - Special Aide -
- who has an inner desire just to help
someone feel worthwhile…… that is
their main purpose. They have a way
of quietly coming into your room - as
they hope to casually get acquainted
with you. Plus - they’re hoping to find
out what you would like to accomplish
for the day. A good Aide will try to do
all of this in an encouraging manner -
and will find the best ways to fit in the
required stuff - you have deal to with.
So - what CNA do I feel has done this
- and more? It is R I N A ! ! She has
been like a breath of fresh air - with a
genuine sense of being — a kind and
caring individual. Putting a patient’s
feelings - ahead of her own Ego…….
while still getting her job ✅ done in a
timely and completed manner. Thank
you - Rina for the great treatment you
have given me - and - so many others.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. Everyone treated me very nicely. I'm going to miss the people here but I am excited to be going home.

I really appreciate and want to thank the Activities Director for getting me out of my room and enjoying my days here. The therapy staff have been so great in helping me get stronger. The kitchen staff have made wonderful meals, I never missed a meal! The nursing staff have been so caring. I had a great time here and if I ever need to return to a rehab center, I won't go anywhere else but Hanford Post Acute.

All staff at Hanford Post Acute is amazing at what they do! You can easily see how much they care about each individual person. I have volunteered to help with the Activities department on a number of occasions and have been able to see first hand how much the residents love to participate each and every day! The activities department knows how to draw a crowd every time I am there. The residents themselves tell me how much they enjoy all of the activities held there. I am thankful for all members of management and for their vision for this community, and for allowing me to volunteer here.

This is my first nursing home experience and it has been very pleasant! The staff have been kind to me and activities have kept me busy. If I ever need to have therapy again I will definitely come back!

Bring mom home♡ Wasn't sure that was going to be a possibility when she first arrived. I was always greeted when I would arrive. Mom liked the food never a complaint. Physical Therapy was a challenge in the beginning but she can walk again with the aid of a walker. Occupational Therapy have worked miracles she can dress herself, walk up and down stairs and use a shower bench . The activities staff do a fantastic job getting everyone together for coffee time, painting, poker and bingo. Everyday there is something different. The nursing staff couldn't be more patient and skilled while providing for everyones needs day and night. I appreciate everyone of you for all that you have done getting my mom strong enough to come home.

I have been at Hanford Post Acute for many years and have been happy to call this place my home. Sarah the LVN is amazing! Raquel the LVN always does what she says she will. I am thankful for the support I have received from the staff. Thank you HPA!!!

I currently live here at Hanford Post Acute and I am happy with my stay. I enjoy talking with Allie and Rina. They have helped make me feel more at home. Monica is my favorite nurse and she is very quick to help me when I need something.
