The rooms are nicely decorated. However, as i arrived i noticed that the pool evaporated despite it being nighttime ?! Another thing i disliked is how my room was frozen. It’s not even winter Pls get this checked out. Also,there weren’t any bed bugs ,which is great! Lastly can i add that the food choices are terrible! I ordered a pizza and it was a squared shaped pizza. Horrible!

My boyfriend and I got a non-smoking room, and the room smelled like cigarettes. We didn't make a big fuss. The problem started when we noticed our door wouldn't lock. We notified the office, and they tried to fix the issue, but they had no luck. So we were transferred to another room and that door didn't work either at that point. I asked for a refund and we booked another hotel. I guess you can say i gave a star only because we got the refund back. The location is really bad

The pictures on the website and Expedia do not accurate really represent the rooms available at all!! This was THE MOST disgusting place we’ve ever stayed. When we walked in the room smelled of cleaning supplies, but it was visibly filthy. There was a used dental flosser on the bed, a used ladies razor in the shower, crumbs & debris on every visible surface & the floor. The fridge reeked, was moldy & ticked nonstop. The microwave, just as gross. When we pulled back the sheets, the pillowcases were covered in hair & the sheets had debris in them. The toilet was covered in long black hair & there were ashes on the floor. There were burn marks on every surface in the room, even the shower curtain! When you turn on the water and got in the shower, the smell of old cigarettes was overwhelming. (We had to shower with our shoes on because the shower was so dirty) When I told the man in the office the room was dirty he said it was clean & there were no more rooms. When I asked for clean pillow cases he reluctantly gave me some, but I had to give him the 2 I claimed were dirty “right now.” I had to have my husband drop them down to me to get the clean(er) ones. We’d had this room booked for months. We didn’t expect luxury, just clean simplicity, which was what the advertisement & pictures implied. This was far below any of the low standards we expect from the cheap places we stay when we visit California. We just need to sleep and shower, and put our travel water/snacks in the fridge since we are in town to see family and only in the room at night. Not here, we kept our stuff on ice in our cooler. Luckily we carry cleaning supplies just in case we ever get stuck in a disgusting situation. This is the first time we’ve had to use them! It rained over night and when we opened the door to leave in the morning the smell of urine hit us in the face. The walkways and steps to the rooms look like they’ve never been cleaned and when wet give off a horrendous smell! The only reason they are getting any stars is because there were no bugs and the bed was comfortable after we brushed off the sheets!

It should be condemned.

Mold in the bathrooms, no smoke alarms, graffiti on the ceilings, bathroom screen missing and security fence isn't installed correctly (hanging/falling off), and the door wouldn't latch, let alone lock

They will say they will refund but charge you for one night.

Currently working with Hotels.com to get the remaining charge reversed.

We stayed at 2 motels on our visit to LA. The first was a great place. This one was horrible. There were bullet holes in the bathroom door, the security lock onto inside of the door was gone, there was duct tape over one of the outlets, there was duct tape over a light socket in the ceiling, we asked to have our bed changed one day and they never came to do I, so I went and got clean sheets when I took the blanket down with me one of the owners said 'no you keep that we don't wash'. So they never wash their blankets even after the guest leave , so you're using a dirty blanket. It's a good thing we had our own travel blanket for the first few nights we laid on those, and then we went and bought a blanket, and that's when I found out they don't wash theirs. The room and blanket smelled like cigarette smoke. Their pictures need to be updated because the sitting area it clames to have is a table and 2 chairs, not a couch, as advertised. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention, the owners are kinda rude and barely understand what you're saying. The pictures of my socks are even after we used a swiffer to mop the floor. We watched the housekeeper dump dirty mop water over the railing right outside our room, even that water was black

Just don’t do it. Motel rooms were disgusting. Spend the extra 25 bucks and go somewhere else. Without a doubt the gnarliest motel I’ve ever stayed in

Disgusting ,mold, dirty moldy bathroom. This building needs to be condemned and close down not fit for even rats

Very nice; however, the pool was empty, my room was frozen, and someone flipped one of the tables over in the restaurant! (This is not a real review, its a reference to funny kids show)
