I rarely write reviews, but my stay at the DoubleTree in Norwalk, California truly deserves recognition. From the moment I checked in, the experience was smooth, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. Denise and Tee went above and beyond—super friendly, always helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s rare these days to encounter hospitality that feels this effortless and sincere.

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in my entire life. No drama, no negative energy—just pure good vibes and top-notch customer service. The entire staff made sure everything was taken care of without me ever having to ask twice. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, professionalism, and a little extra kindness during your travels. Five stars, hands down.

We had a great stay at this DoubleTree, and yes, the cookie was just the beginning. The front desk team was super accommodating, especially with our last-minute curveball. They set us up with a spacious, clean room that fit the whole crew comfortably (even the four-legged one).

The hotel itself is nicely maintained and well-kept, and the team was quick to respond when we needed extra towels and washcloths. Great energy, great service, and a room that didn’t feel like we were playing Tetris with luggage and kids.

We’ll definitely be back when we return for the next West Coast Classic. Highly recommend!

We got one of the worst experiences we arrived on Saturday night. The room wasn't clean, dirty towels toilet clogged TV was not working properly we call front desk I ask for someone to come and bring clean towels so we can at least take a shower they never come so we decided to stay be cause we ware extremely tired got a long drive so we didn't want to argue or make it bigger so we just wanted to rest we stayed then have to get up very earlier on Sunday morning we thought Room was going to be clean well we got back Room still same until Monday when a nice and professional house keeper ( ITZEL) came to clean the room Went above and beyond she couldn't apologize enough I ask to talk to the manager but he was busy with another priorities alarm testing i believe not to mention that breakfast is not part of the price and cost $100 for the 4th of us 2 adults & 2 children witch really wasn't good we will never come back to this particular hotel not upset but very disappointed was expecting something lil nicer ... we wanted to stay another extra day, but based on the experience, we decided to find another hotel, and it was a great decision ......Elements save the rest of the family vacation...

This is such a beautifully aesthetic hotel, from entering the lobby area, strolling around it's elegant in-house restaurant, passing welcoming lounge areas to it's spacious modern and extremely comfortable room. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and it was quite sufficient. I have to mentioned the front desk staff, for which we encountered several, each one as polite, pleasant and attentive as the other. All workers, house keeping, janitors etc didn't hesitate to say, hello. I gather this hotel prides themselves in making all it's guests feel quite welcomed. Oh and the warm choc chip cookies on arrival and departure were delicious. Already planning my next stay.

I checked in. I'm a Hilton Honor Gold member. They didn't give me traditional cookie that they give during the check-in. They gave me the room that is very old and looking into the freeway and the windows are old. You can hear freeway noises from outside. I went down there. I said, let's cancel check-in process because the room is obviously not what I was expecting to see. And they said, no, we can't cancel it. You're going to be charged full amount. No matter if you checked in five minutes ago. I'm not recommending this DoubleTree. I always stay in DoubleTree Hiltons. But this location specifically was like very dirty and not standard DoubleTree by Hilton.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, featuring a cozy living area with a sofa bed, a microwave oven, and a small refrigerator—perfect for added convenience. While the location is a bit farther from the main hub, it offers a peaceful atmosphere. The only restaurant available at night was Outback, but the food and service were great. Overall, a fantastic choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Great location, easy to access, has all the essentials. Service wise, not so much, staff at the restaurant/bar are quite rude. My friend and I wanted to have a drink at the bar and get some work done, but we were told to go elsewhere by the barman instead of taking our order. Rooms are nice and big, but you can hear the loud noise from the highway all night long. 😵💫
