I love southwest! Wish all airlines would let you board and pick your own seat. We flew the first time with a pet in the cabin.. besides one ornery flight attendant it was smooth and easy.

Overall I like SWA, but the lack of self-service kiosks and sufficient agents to check bags, especially during early morning rush, is very stressful. SWA, please help your customers with this repeated problem. Thanks.

Horrible experience! Didn’t have reservations set up when I got to San Antonio Texas. Didn’t set my car reservation. When I said I was upset and I said no wonder you guys have horrible reviews the lady said don’t say that about our company I said I’m the customer and if my experience is horrible I have every right to say I had a horrible experience. Ruin my vacation

Southwest Airlines at Clinton National Airport used to be my favorite airline. They need to improve their services all the way around. I'm very disappointed in the services I have been receiving from them. I fly each week for work on different airlines but every time I fly Southwest it's an issue of some kind mainly mechanical issues they need to update their equipment or something.

Gwen! I was in a terrible state. Returning home, where I'm trying to care for my elderly mother, long distance, with no help and a chronic illness. A facility in Sheridan, until I can get her near me, does not have the Alzheimer's training claimed in their literature! How am I supposed leave her!! This and a million other worries as I enter Little Rock Clinton Airport. How lucky can a person be to run across the manager of LR's SW location! I think her name is Gwen, and with the help of Terry (I think her name is) at the counter, the two helped with the weight of my baggage (Facility made me remove personal items of mom's even though not in the way) and got me checked in. Terry even dropped off returns of mom's!! WOW! (no UPS store in Sheridan and was a hair too large for Drop Off receptacle) Thank you Terry! Gwen then walked me through Security so I wouldn't miss my flight. Didn't catch names but all were very kind. I would not go out in the world and subject anyone to my limitations but I'm all my mother has (sorry world). I made my flight. I'm home 2000 ish sad miles away, recovering and back to work for my mom. All thanks to Gwen's expert leadership. She is a natural at treating her staff like valued colleagues. Rare and so appreciated! She is a gem SW is very lucky to have. Thank you for hiring her! Thank you Gwen, you are truly an Angel!
