What an amazing dinner! Situated literally on a hilltop, Ayawaska serves up top notch cocktails (including mocktails), great beers, and delectable Peruvian food, as well as one stellar view. Highly recommend everyone check this place out, you won’t be disappointed!

First time to Ayawaska, Nice hilltop location, lots of parking, when coming for first time a little awkward to find the right turn up the hill.
Saturday lunch, I ordered one of their specialty drink called “Rio” very good!
My son and I shared Empenada appetizer good, 3 pieces Empenadas filled with chicken.
For our main course my son had Lomo Saltado Classico & I had Marisco con Arroz.
Our entrees were good, not great, the seafood with rice was cooked together which made the seafood sticky with rice, my son dish was good. All in all good, service was acceptable, my Rio drink was what I enjoyed the most, prices in tunes with all the other restaurants that have raised their prices by 20% over the last two years.

We ordered the vegan ceviche, and all 3 vegan side dishes. All were just delicious! It was way too much food for just the 2 of us, but we were so excited that a restaurant had so many vegan options that we just had to get them all. They also have a vegan salad on the menu that sounded delicious, but we weren’t in the mood for a salad - will have to save that for next time. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was perfect! Will definitely be coming back here again soon!

What a lovely experience the food was delightfully delicious and the waitstaff & bartenders were very attentive and actually took the time to make some dessert suggestions. Thanks for a great time.

Lovely view decor and vibe was lively but chill. The food was amazing the grilled octopus app is probably my new favorite food.
When I asked my server about the flavors of the food, he was able to describe the cooking methods and spices. Enjoyable! Can't wait to come back for Sunday brunch!

This is such a beautiful view of a restaurant to experience. We went when it was close to sunrise and got to see the sky change colors while eating our food outside.

The food was done well. The empanadas and mixed fried squid and octopus were cooked perfectly. This place is a little more on the pricey side per person but just depends how hungry you are. We will definitely be coming back and trying more dishes.

The service here was marvelous. I never felt forgotten. They have these lights on each table you can use to call over for service or to pay the bill. I never had to use it because our server was always attentive. The food portions are very generous. After a ceviche paisano with chips and an entree, I was too full to order dessert 🍨 which looked fabulous. Valet parking. Good views. Clean restrooms. Drinks are pretty basic but not bad. Overall great spot in Novato.
