When things go sideways in a parents life, finding in home care is a difficult decision and a hard one to make. Hired Hands made this transition easy and a no brainer. They are quick to respond and personable.They made a concerted effort to make sure that whomever was paired with mom had the right personality and made life easier, not harder for mom and me. Once the match worked that person stayed with mom.
With mom's memory issues it was super important to make sure that mom was happy, comfortable, and didn't have lots of new faces switching in and out.
I live out of state and if there was ever an issue I had a direct line to everyone. Questions and concerns were dealt with swiftly and succinctly. Hired Hands has been so helpful with mom I am really happy with the decisions that we made.

and when shopping.
care giver come late to work.
This company canot be depended to taking care of you love one.
