To my knowledge, this location opened on Monday, March 17th. I checked in on the Friday that week, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Allowed me to do a late checkout last minute for a work-related reason and also got me set up with a car service which actually was less than a rideshare for my commute to the airport. Everything obviously is brand new, but I always love the design and details of Sonder hotels, Merchant it's a convenient, safe and great vibes location in the lower East side.

Gorgeous apartment. Easy access. Great location. We had an issue with a blind & my message was responded to immediately & the issue dealt with.

Amazing building, amenities, and room. The room was high end, large closet, washer and dryer in unit washer, dryer, dish washer, fridge, freezer. Large bathroom, stand shower, and sink. Shampoo, conditioner and gel body wash available in restroom. Liquid hand wash, spray cleaner, paper towel dish washer detergent, dish soap available in kitchen. Pots, pans, cookie sheet, mixing bowl, cutting board, cooking utensils, silverware, cups, mugs, plates and bowls in kitchen. Communal lounge available for use along with business center available for use. Gym isn't ready for use yet, as the building and Sonder is brand new. Beautiful terrace and Wonderful for a date night or for some wine with charcuterie. Great place to stay, wonderful location. Absolutely would recommend and will most definitely stay again.

Great location in the Highlands/Jefferson neighborhood. Close access to downtown and “Mile High” stadium. Plenty of restaurants and bars mere blocks from your door. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be just far away from the downtown hustle, with a chill neighborhood vibe.

The unit itself is almost brand new, all the amenities you can think of to make your stay very comfortable. Great bed, shower, kitchen essentials. Not much else to ask for. Would stay again.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the Sonder. There is just one thing that was missed, no TV. I get most people come to NY touring all day so maybe TV isn’t watched much. But when you are traveling with your child that’s not really an option to not have TV or really as an adult because you may want to watch the news to wind down from your long day out. Now I want to be clear there is a tv in your room just only streaming from Netflix or if you have Hulu or sling account. So there is that option but me I personally prefer live TV. The staff was amazing and very professional and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and convenient! Lots of restaurants options near by and walkable. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely return!

The stay was great. Was a little hesitant because of the reddit reviews and there not being someone there to resolve issues but the whole stay there was nothing but pleasant. Great rooms that have a full kitchen, landury units and a comfortable bed. Great view depending on the roome you get.

Everyone that was there were extremely helpful, not just for the hotel but everywhere else when it came to exploring Los Angeles. getting in and out with the phone wasn't an issue either. I would stay here again.

Our room was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. The heating/cooling system was easy to use. Our only suggestion would be to have more towel bars in the bathroom for bath towels. We’ll definitely consider a Sonder rental on our next trip.
