We needed a conference room and this one was perfect! Scott went above and beyond for us. He was professional and extremely helpful in getting us setup.
The room was clean, comfortable, well equipped. The acoustics are great so a meeting or presentation here can be given without a microphone. Thank you Scott!

Had a great stay at the Courtyard Marriott—huge thanks to Michael for going out of his way to help with the booking. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and accommodating the whole time. Great location, smooth check-in, and just an all-around solid experience. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here for five days in December 2024, never felt that my Marriott Bonvoy Titanium membership was honored at any point. Maybe it's because of the holidays, but this hotel seriously needs to improve its management. Lobby restaurant was under staffed. We were only told at the checkin that housekeeping was every two days and no breakfast included for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum and above - however, later we relized that some other rooms did have breakfast included. The room is clean but dated, especially the bathroom. The location is great, with easy access to the highway. ||We were waken up on the second day by the trains and asked to change room in the morning but the staff told us there were no other rooms available. On the third night, I was waken up from sleep because of the neighbor(s) upstairs moved in with "a lot of luggage" at around 2am (I was told in the morning). On the fourth day, they finally offered to let us change rooms but we were heading out and did not think the move was worthwhile given that we only had the last night. At the checkout, I mentioned the 2am moving-in noices, and the lady responded carelessly, "Oh, but that was at the forth floor" (we were placed on the second floor). Moreover, they still haven't credited me the nights of my stay. ||I will not stay at this hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The location was very inconvenient far from the airport and all the venues I needed to attend. You definitely need to rent a car to get around, which I wish I had known beforehand.|The hotel itself was also disappointing. They only clean the rooms every other day, there was no safe box in the room, and no jacuzzi amenities I usually look for when booking. Overall, it just wasn’t my type of hotel.

This is the nicest and most convenient motel when visiting Sonoma Raceway. Had breakfast in the cafe, really good food and service. Also had wine for their happy hour. Will definitely stay there again. Can't go wrong with this one.

This site does not let you set the AC lower than 68 degrees and the rooms get STUFFY. I had a couple nights of restless sleep and would not stay here again. The only positive about this stay is that the hotel is centrally located next to a shopping center with groceries and restaurants.

Right off the 101 so easy access to everywhere. Mcdonalds and safeway practically touching the hotel. Food and drink selection including sbux inside the hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff are great too very nice and professional

Not gonna lie I've not actually stayed here "yet", but am planning on staying here my next visit to Navato. Here's my reason, I was on my way to visit with my daughter who lives near by this hotel, and my phone dies and not being from Navato, I found myself very lost. I stopped in for directions and the front desk clerk named Jasmine was amazing, GIVE HER A RAISE! She not only gave the best directions but also let me charge me phone so that " just in case I get lost again, I'll have my phone" her words. If she is an example of how I will be treated as an actual guest, then consider me a permanent customer. I've even signed up for the Bonvoy App as well thanks to her. You have a gem 💎 take care of her.
