From our very first conversations about what our wedding would be like, we knew that food would be an integral part of our big day. Throughout our relationship, there were so many important moments that were tied food, whether it was going out to special meals, cooking together, or sharing a meal with our favorite people. We wanted to try and capture as much of that spirit as possible when picking meals for the day.

When we first reached out to Terry, we had a most of an outline of ideas for the big day and were so grateful that she was incredibly receptive to our ideas. She assured us that she not only very familiar with our venue, her chef Nick had extensive experience working with a range of dietary restrictions. Most importantly, she said that it wouldn’t be an issue for us to share recipes with them to create something that matched our vision.

Tasting Nick’s interpretation of these recipes, we knew we were in good hands. Everything tasted as good (or better!) than we remembered and it felt like they honored our recipes and our vision. They did such a wonderful job helping us shape our incredibly long menu into something that flowed through the day and worked with the quirks of our venue.

It meant so much to us that they put as much thought and care into our menu as we did. And we absolutely ate some leftover cookies in our room after the wedding as we talked about how happy we were with how everything turned out.

Terry and Chef Nick of CaterMarin were warm and very organized. We knew we were in good hands from the moment we met them for the tasting. They put together a delicious menu based on our requests, handled rental logistics for us, and worked really well with our wedding coordinator to ensure everything went smoothly on the day. Chef Nick has lots of experience working with any dietary restrictions, and he and Terry did a terrific job with everything. I truly cannot say enough about Terry & her team. My husband and I used them for our wedding catering. First of all, she’s an absolute joy to work with. If you know exactly what you want, she makes it happen. If you have no idea what you’re doing (which was me,) she is there to make suggestions & offer extremely efficient guidance. Her chef’s food is fantastic & very well priced. They have endless menus and will make anything your heart desires! Her team is incredibly efficient, kind, and genuine. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding a seamless event & to make our vision come to life!! CaterMarin is more than a catering company - they’re a whole production squad! Terry and her staff at Cater Marin did an amazing job at my wife’s surprise birthday party. I have never planned an event and had no idea what I was doing. Terry sent me a long menu to choose from but I was clueless so she asked me a few questions about what kinds of food we like and then crated a menu for me that turned out to be a well balanced hit with everyone

Cater Marin server staff also picked up on my novice status and they took over organizing the food, cake and coffee placement and made table notifications that helped make the queuing up for food super smooth.

The chef and assistant prepared a wonderful dinner. Their efforts took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I highly recommend Cater Marin staff and food. I told my wife I’m retiring while on top but if I were to plan another event, I would definitely call Cater Marin again!
