We rented a pontoon boat for the day of the eclipse and could not have been more happy with the service, the boat, or the view! Everyone was incredibly helpful from beginning to end - even with a sunscreen reaction emergency and a forgotten drivers license ? The lakes are beautiful and HUGE!!! They obviously take very good care of their boats, and their staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely made the entire experience unforgettable ?

We rented a boat from this marina today for 8 hours! I loved it. The staff was amazing, absolutely amazing. Friendly, courteous, and kind with words. The Tritoon we rented was awesome, ran great, the doors worked perfect and speed was nice!

The amount of time we rented the boat for was perfect, we had 8 people on the boat and it was plenty of room for all of us. The shop they offer on the inside accommodates literally every need or last minute forget you could possibly have. I recommend scanning it before you leave for the water. We ended up buying some lake toys to throw around and it was very worth it.

Lacey’s has taken care of all service for our Malibu 25 LSV for several years. They have always been responsive and have consistently given us A+ service. Great communication and great work. We just passed over the 600 hour mark and our boat is running better now than ever.

My problem is with the sales staff! Found a boat. Liked the boat. Looked at the boat. Set up a demo for the boat. Showed up to the demo at 9am (which I had to jump through all kinds of hoops to get there that early) only to find out the boat had sold the day before. A simple phone call or text could have saved a ton of headaches. At 9am they said they had another boat we could demo so we said yes but did not hear back from them until 2pm. By this time we had already left, very disappointed about the whole situation.

So you know how sometimes you plan something big, like catching a solar eclipse on a boat in the middle of nowhere Arkansas, and you're all tense because it has to go right? Well, Lacey's Narrows Marina just nailed this day for us.

The crew at Lacey's? Absolute legends. They’re the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve been friends for years. Every staff member we interacted with showed genuine enthusiasm for our adventure and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable.

The boat was in excellent condition, the rental process was smooth and straightforward, and we fell hard in love with Greers Ferry Lake. A huge thank you to the team for making our eclipse day so magical.

Had my 2011 Southbay pontoon with Mercury 115 4 stroke seviced. Service started out a little shakey. It took them over a month to get to by boat. I called to check, and they immediately got to it. Service was provided with constant communication via text messaging. Got boat back, and spent all weekend pulling kids on tube's. It ran great. Without the delayed beginning. This was great service and very convenient with boat being slipped at Lacys Narrows Marina. Thanks again

Nice marina, great gas service. The staff are above and beyond helpful and friendly. Loads of tee shirts and souvenirs but if your hungry, you only have a choice of which chips and type of jerky.

Cannot say enough good stuff about the staff and service I have received here. Brook, Dan and even Blake who keeps taking all my $ are the best. Thanks for making my boating great! Just as a note... I own a well known swimming pool company in AR and spend my time in their boat. It's great!
