Sat through a sales presentation for the promise of a free gift which turned out to be worthless. They tried selling me a membership to a vacation club, the price started at 13k, they were willing to go down to 3k for a 10 year trial. Seems like a scam. Stay away!

Consumer Affairs should and must investigate how this company operate
it must be legitimate yes BUT to book is extra money , reservation is full and as for me ABNb or Booking. com are much cheaper and less headache plus free trips are not really free!
We were enticed by their marketing strategy BUT not even able to avail one (you will be booked in 2-3* hotel unless pay extra )

Maybe if this is how they explained it to us during orientation i would thought twice..
if you realize it doesn't work for you , either surrender $199 or transfer $299
I'm stating these facts so people who want to avail will think twice , thrice to save their hard - earned money .
I didn't ( my biggest regret) because we were bombarded and overwhelmed by their offer of free trips if we avail this time share that day..
Hard earned money went down the drain .. so disappointed, really.. bitter

This place is a huge scam. They bamboozled me at a water park with my kids and promised these fantastic Disney tickets. When I got home I looked them up and realized it was a shady time share company. If I didn't go to this presentation I'd lose my $50.

I drove 90 minutes to watch annoying travel videos. Then I had to listen to this lady yammer for 35 minutes. The bottom line is you will be paying $12K plus $350 annual HOA fees and $500+ per trip without airway and if you don't go four weeks out of the year you have to pay large fees.

I had to speak to this sales guy and I told him I don't want this and I only take cruises. When I told him what I paid (I get big discounts) he said there was no way they could meet this.

When I went to collect these Disney tickets, that was another scam! You have to mail something in and pay $50 in fees, very limited days, need to select three days in a 120 day window, and it's only for adults. I would have to pay full price for my daughters. No thanks!

I felt bad for all the people who went for the carrot in front of them. Also, how are time shares still a thing

WHY why didn't we READ the reviews. WE went to a presentation and EVERYTHING they told us was a LIE. TOTAL SCAM. Just to vacation locally via this would cost you more than hotels or Arbnb. 10K points do not get you anywhere...worse mistake EVER

We became members several years ago and have been on some great vacations! Most recently we went to Hawaii and stayed a beautiful Wyndham Resort in Kauai!

Complete scam and false advertising. Do not buy anything from them. After you “buy” your vacation membership, they charge you hundreds of dollars every year even if you don’t use it. It’s also impossible to use your vacation rental because the properties are always full. The properties are also in poor locations. Don’t buy! Check the internet for reviews. They have horrible reviews
