What an adventure it was. We were treated to numerous dolphin and whale sightings on the way to and from Santa Cruz Island. Once we landed, we were given a great briefing by our fantastic guide, Chuck, about our cave kayaking activity and were on our way. The tour was a blast and so beautiful, and Chuck gave us great information on the island and preservation efforts. After kayaking, we still had time to hike up and get great panoramic views of the area. Would definitely recommend this to friends.

Channel Islands Adventure Company is THE BEST. They were SO nice especially with my 100 questions I had about the ferry logistics. The day went so smoothly, the island is gorgeous, our kayak guide was amazing and we had truly the best time ever. I would book this company time and time again!!!! My pics are a little blurred due to taking them through a waterproof phone case - but the kayak experience was so beautiful!

This was an amazing experience! Went at the beginning of May and it was an overcast day in the 50 degree range. Guided provided us with optional wetsuit, and splash jackets. You get a life vest and helmet as well. They go over sea kayaking in detail and are patient and informative. Chuck was our guide and he was a really cool guy! He definitely knew his stuff and provided interesting stories and took us through cool caves. They really make sure you’re safe out there on the water. We did the morning tour which I would do again because then we had time to change and then did a hike up to cavern point. Amazing day!

We had an absolutely amazing time on our kayak tour with Santa Barbara Adventure Company at the Channel Islands! The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They shared so many fun and interesting facts about the islands and surrounding waters, which made the experience even better.

We felt so lucky — it was like nature put on a show just for us! We saw whales everywhere — including a mother and her baby, which was incredible to witness. Dolphins even followed our boat at one point, and we got to see sea lions during a full-on food frenzy. It honestly felt like all the wildlife was on the company’s payroll because everything lined up so perfectly!

This was one of the best adventures we’ve ever had, and I highly recommend Santa Barbara Adventure Company to anyone looking for a fun, memorable experience. I can’t wait to come back again with my family!

Our Discovery kayak trip with Channel Islands Adventure Company was just so wonderful and Luke was an excellent guide with tons of historical information and an excellent knowledge of all the creatures around us. Everyone did great and we had some small cave adventures. My sister and I will go back for a longer kayak trip soon. I highly recommend Channel Islands Adventure Company and if you can get Luke as your guide all the better!

Had a great experience sea kayaking and exploring the caves. Our guide Luke was very knowledgeable about the local animals as well as the indigenous people who once lived on the islands. He did a great job engaging with the group and assessing everyone’s expectations and abilities. We saw some cool caves, some cool animals, and felt safe during our adventure! Additionally the ferry captain spotted some whales and took the time to slow down and turn the boat so we could watch them for a while!

Fantastic adventure with Channel Islands Adventure Company! We did the Ultimate Sea Caves Kayak Tour and had an amazing time. Chuck was our guide and was phenomenal. He knew so much about the islands and the ecosystem that it wasn't just a physical adventure but also a rewarding learning experience. Highly recommend!

We had the best time. Our guides were awesome and we got to challenge ourselves up to our comfort levels. The sea caves and wildlife were amazing. We had a juvenile seal hang out with our kayaks for ten minutes. Best part of our Channel Island experience.
