No dishwasher, no en suite bathroom, freeway and train noise if you leave windows open at night.

Very responsive when we needed the laundry machine reset to function, was fixed within 2 hours of texting about issue. Would recommend.

Vacation Rentals of Santa Barbara is a top notch agency that represents the best properties in the city. My opinion is they’re very fairly priced for the value and quality. Staff is professional and kind. Can’t wait to rent again. Great city and so much to do. Everything inSB is about 10 minutes away from most of their homes. This home is called Skyline Dream

Right downtown with dozens of shops and restaurants nearby. Parking space and elevators to the second level are big pluses. Nice kitchen with professional grade stove. Good lighting from many windows. Two excellent bathrooms. The large walk in shower was perfect for me. The staff are always available to answer questions. The hospitality was great. Thank you.

We've been renting from Vacation Rentals of Santa Barbara for five years, and it's been a great pleasure every time. The folks there are very attentive, helpful, and accommodating. During the most recent stay of five weeks, they even collaborated with the property owners to install a ping pong table in the garage so my wife and I could have a special feature from home to make our vacation that much more enjoyable.

Villa Talavera is very well designed both inside and out. It is well equiped in the kitchen and a very comfortable place to live. The beds are very comfortable. My wife and I have stayed here for 10 weeks each of the past two winters. We have enjoyed many frends and relatives visiting us. We comfortably accommodated a young couple with 2 teenage daughters for four nights.
We are an elderly couple in our eighties and would like to return. However the steps from the carport up to the house are steep and made of uneven stone with no railing to hold onto. That is a major safety issue for us and we have requested a railing to be installed, but so far it has not happened. The location of the house is ideal and extremely convenient.The gardens are well kept and beautiful and we enjoyed many a meal eaten al fresco.
Whenever we needed help from the managing company they were quick to respond .
