I purchased a property in Santa Barbara 3 years ago and decided to have Casago manage it for short term rentals. Jennie helped me set up the rental and has always made herself available to me anytime I had questions. Casago has been managing our vacation rental property for three years. They are an excellent company to deal with. Our property is almost always rented. Jennie is wonderful to work with! I could not recommend Casago more! I was a long term renter from them in a beautiful house in Summerland for many years. Not only are they incredibly responsive to any issues with the property (which were very few and far between), the staff at Casago, specifically Spencer, Jennie, and Bento, are such kind amazing people. You will absolutely be taken care of throughout the entirety of your stay. If you are looking for a property management company, Casago is the only team I would trust as well. I'm very grateful for the best years of my life that were spent at their property, as well as the incredible communication, reliability, and service I received throughout the years.

Spencer at Signature Vacation Rentals manages our property in Santa Barbara. He is fabulous! He and Kevin keep the place in wonderful condition, find qualified renters, and manage all aspects of the short-term rental process. Spencer is very good at keeping in touch with us, and works hard to keep everything going smoothly. It’s so nice to have them looking after our condo for us, and finding people to rent it who take such great care of it. We recently stayed for five weeks at a Casago-managed downtown Santa Barbara condo. The condo was beautifully furnished and equipped, and perfectly maintained. The pictures and description on the website that we looked at before renting were 100% accurate. It was a pleasure arranging the rental and otherwise working with the property manager, Spencer. We also enjoyed working with Kevin, our home manager, who met us at check-in to show us around the property, and was readily available to us during our entire stay. We would highly recommend Casago without hesitation.
