We stayed in both sides of the Seashell and Seaside cottages during winter break with two little girls for 6 days. It was their favorite part of the trip! The cottages could not have been more charming and they had everything we needed. Renting both sides gave us space to spread out and host family, as well as privacy. It was so neat to stay in a part of Montecito history! Everything we needed was 15 minutes or less away. The only downside (and not anything Paradise Retreats can fix) is that the nearby Eucalyptus Beach ocean access is very rocky and intense and not usable for much unless you go at very low tide. So keep this in mind if you are picturing a placid beach. Also, the train does pass by a few times a day and sounds its horn, but it stops around 10:30 pm. It really didn't bother us.

We stayed at a house in Santa Barbara off Cliff Ave for a long wedding over the weekend, 8 adults and a child. The child had plenty to do inside and outside. It was truly an incredible stay. Breathtaking scenery, incredible plants, the house was exactly what we expected and more. The turn in sneaks up on you but once you find it once, you're good. The communication from the host was perfect and prompt. This house is on our radar for our next vacation. Thank you!

We had a PERFECT weekend at the SeaCliff harbor view condo. We loved having breakfast on the balcony every morning and the location was so close to everything we needed. The staff was able to get us set up and ready to go in a days notice, and we hope to stay again!

My family of 3 generations stayed at Los Arboles home and cottage 10/31/24-11/4/24 for my daughter's wedding. What an amazing place! Check in was quick, easy and friendly as was check out. The home is very comfortable and exactly as it is in the pictures on the site. The beds are fantastic and comfy! Plenty of extra pillows and blankets too. Kitchen well stocked. The best part is the outdoor areas. Heated pool and jacuzzi area is so inviting. The pool house is an extra added plus! Everything worked perfectly and the host was easy to communicate with.

We spent 4 days at the Sea La Vie vacation rental in Ventura. The location was ideal for walking/running along the beachfront boardwalk, accessing the Pier and watching the surfers, with close proximity to restaurants. The house was spotless and updated with a modern beach feel. Bedding, towels and kitchen accessories were top notch. The outside areas - private backyard and rooftop - were perfect for relaxing. Paradise Retreats provided great communication prior to and during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property!

Our family of 8 stayed at one of their properties and it was a wonderful experience. The house was 4 bedrooms, great layout with 3 bathrooms. The outside area was equally as comfortable with a hot tub. Everything you could possible need in the kitchen. Paradise Retreat was very easy to work with. Definitely use them again.

Our rental was ideal for our brief stay in Santa Barbara. Steps away from Arroyo Burro beach, Hendry's Boathouse restaurant, two minutes from shopping on the Mesa, and happily just blocks away from family we were visiting. The property was well equipped, well tended and clean, with quite complete kitchen amenities which allowed full meal preparations. The home is spacious and nicely furnished, situated on a large lot teeming with mature flora, and provides parking for visitors' cars - even a garage space is available (though we didn't take that opportunity). We've already recommended this property to friends, and will no doubt look to book again if available.
