Hiring Plan It as our month of coordinators was the best decision we made while planning our wedding!! They were the first vendor we hired and I’m positive we wouldn’t have had the most perfect wedding without them. If we could give more than 5 stars we would! From the start Caitlin stood out among the other wedding planners and coordinators with her knowledge and professionalism. We were planning our wedding in Orlando from out of town so we knew we wanted to have someone with knowledge of the area and vendors. Caitlin was there to answer all of our questions from day 1. As an indecisive bride, she was the perfect partner to keep us on track, accountable, and gently guided us whenever we needed. About a month out from the wedding, Caitlin handled all the communication with our vendors, helped us finalize all the details, provided a detailed schedule/checklist and managed the rehearsal (which was flawless!). On the actual wedding day Caitlin and her team were INCREDIBLE! Everything was executed perfectly like they could read our thoughts. She was always there when we needed her throughout the day. Throughout the process we also heard from our other vendors how much they enjoyed working with her and her team!! I would recommended hiring Plan It, they made the wedding planning process enjoyable and as stress free as possible. We wouldn’t have had our perfect day without them!

Caitlin did a fantastic job of helping bring our vision to life and coordinating all of the details: floral galore, horse drawn carriage, tons of yummy food, a welcome party for guests, beautiful one-of-a-kind ceiling draping, live musicians, and more. I was blown away when I saw our reception room - every detail was perfect - and Caitlin managed last minute challenges (i.e., officiant calling in sick and rain plan!!) with grace and ease. I remember telling people on our wedding day "we obviously have a great planner because I'm not stressed at all!" Highly recommended Plan It!
