5 stars overall due to the final product! Rita is the backbone of this company. If you're planning a destination wedding at Club Med in Port St. Lucie, don't worry...

Pros:
Rita, Kreative Drive's wedding coordinator, will take care of you. Our wedding on November 6, 2021 turned out to be a magical event. That was due to Rita at Kreative Drive and having the best Matron of Honor/Wedding Coordinator a bride could ask for (Kay Currie).

Shoutout to "Leda", Kreative Drive's exclusive florist! She did a phenomenal job. I can't describe how I had one requirement, my flowers must be on point. I am not a fan of artificial flowers. So, we chose to invest in all real flowers for our special day. Leda exceeded our expectations.

EVERYTHING turned out wonderfully!

Cons:
We used the travel department at Kreative Drive as well. Their communication wasn't at the level that we were accustomed; however, we made it through. It's almost like working with two different companies within one (not just separate departments). I wouldn't change anything with this decision because their travel/group rates come with a LOT of perks (Friday night rehearsal reception, reserved seating for a rehearsal dinner, a room at the resort dedicated to get ready (makeup, mimosas, etc.)

If you're a highly technological person like me, then you might be turned off by meeting via as opposed to Zoom/Teams/Google Meet. Just know Rita will deliver at the end. So, be patient. Their accounting process is a little dated as well, but again - be patient and keep your own spreadsheets updated.

I like ironed tablecloths... If you do as well, please be sure to remind them to have a steamer ready on the day of.

Overall, I wouldn't change anything about my wedding. EVERYONE who attended (wedding party and guests) all agreed that it was the best experience and the best wedding they had attended in a decade. We had approximately 65 attendees who traveled from all over the U.S. to celebrate with us. It was truly monumental.
