What a wonderful place, simply beautiful. Hosted our grandson and new addition granddaughter's wedding. Wonderful host, thanks Katie and Justice, two really good people. Cabins are exquisite, peaceful, serene. Food was pretty good also, plan on visiting many more times, if you need a place to relax and forget for a bit, this is the place.

This was the perfect place to house friends and family for the weekend to celebrate a wedding. There was so much space for everyone and my family had a fantastic time! The property was perfect. From the historic rooms, the super cute farm animals to the wonderful pool, it was all so magical. The staff did an amazing job and the wedding was beautifully decorated! I would recommend this place to everyone?

What a sweet retreat tucked away in the quaint little state park. We typically stay in Little Rock on our trips to Texas but we never find a place we feel comfortable and safe. This takes you a little further down the road and there's not much in Hope at the exit. But this Farmstead has all you need and more whether you stay a day or a week. Definitely order the homecooked breakfast! Support local and enjoy this beautiful little hidden treasure.

A beautiful, rustic venue within an historic Arkansas state park. Perfect for any size wedding or event. Justice and Katie handle all of the details for you, including food, decor, and some cabins. Highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed staying in the Barn at Coulter Farmstead. It was nice to walk around and pet & feed the animals. The farm dog Able was so sweet and wanted to escort us everywhere we went. The pool was so refreshing after a long day of exploring the area. We had no complaints with the barn. It was so comfortable and welcoming and had the most gorgeous views. The mercantile was always fun to visit. The breakfast was SO good, not sure how they make the yogurt but would have loved to order a gallon of it. Justice is so friendly and always gave good advice on things to do in the area. 5 stars all around!

A gem not to be missed! The farm is beautiful, an oasis of peace, we didn't want to leave. The cottages are lovely and tastefully furnished and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly, but not at all intrusive and the farm animals are adorable. Finally, the little village next to the farm is very pretty.

We absolutely loved our stay at Coulter Farms! This was our second time being here. We came in October in an RV. This time we stayed in the Bozeman Barn. We had a blast! Everything was amazing. Loved the animals and Justice and Katie and their family are amazing folks. And don't forget their great general store as well!! Five stars isn't enough! Great place!

The Most comfortable & Relaxing Spot in Years by far. I traveled for Years Monday through Friday and would always like to lodge in a State Park, if available & stay for more than one Night, but this was Centrally located to My Sales Territory @ that time, but this was a Short Visit to see My Old Friends & I am relaxing after returning Home in Missouri than Years @ Night. The Owners were so Accommodating, & Breakfast delivered to My Door each Day. Clean 5 Star & scenery was unbelievable, Livestock & a Beautiful Countryside. 1 regret I was not able to Tour the Town, but will be returning Again, Lord willing.
