I’ve been visiting arrowhead for 3 summers now!! It’s my go to place! The owners and staff are the best people. The facilities are great! Showers, toilets, ice, firewood…. It’s all right there on the beautiful Caddo river. With a swimming hole, some small rapids and a rope swing! We camp right on the water and the bunkhouse is amazing for a large group. Family and pet friendly. Arrowhead really has it all!

Just home from Arrowhead and it's a beautiful gem. We kept cabin doors open and saw 15 satellites and shooting stars.
The Caddo River is just wonderful and floating and kayaking was swiftly passing by. It was high and I was with chickens?. I want to keep it close to the chest because it's so magical but I must sing it's praises ☮️

Beautiful setting!
I like to rent a camping space in nice campgrounds to take family swimming. I'm new to Arkansas, and I've found the best places for swimming and hiking are in campgrounds. Beautiful area for grandchildren to play in the river.

Management (Waverly) is amazing!! Very communicative and fast to respond. And even though I had to cancel a non refundable booking, she gave me a refund for the nights she rebooked the cabin. She definitely could have just not given me any money back, so I'm very impressed by her honesty and integrity.

If I ever have the opportunity to visit Arkansas again, I'll definitely make an effort to visit!

We stayed for the 2024 solar eclipse and had a great experience. Waverly and Mike were very welcoming and accommodating with our late arrival from a long drive out of state. Would definitely stay again if we end up back in the area

This place is for sale and I WISH i had the money to buy it! I would never leave. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This place is absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and taken care of. I camped on the river for 15 bucks a night. Not bad. They have cabins, rv hookups, camping spots. Super friendly staff and the owner is awesome all the way around. She went out of her way to make sure everyone was taken care of and happy. They have a bunk house with large kitchen, microwave, stove, ping pong, utensils, tables, fridge and freezer. The bathrooms and showers are CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! I was a bit surprised by this because the place looks a bit rustic. I was so impressed with the place and the staff that I gifted them with a good sized and heavy rock with quartz crystal points across the top. Left it right in front of the office and the owner was so appreciative! It's a really nice piece and I'm happy I get to see it displayed whenever I go back which I will be going back, for sure. I might gift them more pieces every time I go. I didn't have the time to float the river, definitely need to go back and do that! They are dog-friendly so don't worry about bringing your fur babies with you! I will bring mine next time. Be warned and be aware...the staff here are super social and love talking about the area and campgrounds with anyone who asks. Very knowledgeable. Yes, that's the only "warning" I have for you. Be ready for warm smiles and pleasant conversations

I've always loved Arrowhead and somewhat considered it my other home. Arrowhead has been a excellent getaway from everyday life their employees go above and beyond any expectation. They always put the customer first and when it comes to communication they are very well-mannered and respectful. Waverly has been one of the most influential owners that I have known. They keep the grounds clean and orderly. I would definitely recommend Arrowhead along with the other canoe outfitters when it comes to floating and staying on the Caddo River.
