Nice river float from May-September. They open up Remmell Dam around noon every day, until about 3 or 4 and you can stop about 1 hour in to swim and picnic if you want. Lots of fun for friends and families.

A perfect place to cool off on these hot summer days! Can be crowded, but we just typically befriend the others who are there, & we w never had any problems. This is a nice gental float that takes approximately 3 hrs to complete!

This place is so beautiful. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view. We walked out to a couple of larger rocks and took a lot of beautiful pictures

Beautiful place to walk along and relax by the river. The view is peaceful with plenty of shade. There are steps to go into the river for swimming if you would like. I would recommend wearing water shoes because of all the rocks. It is also a nice place for fishing as well. We went on a Monday morning and there were only a few people there.

Great place.... floated down to it from the dam. The water's a little Swift there at the takeout so be aware when you get close.
