We had the most beautiful wedding at Avalon Keep! Our ceremony was in Serenity Circle and the reception was held in Avalon Hall. All of our guests told us over and over how beautiful and perfect everything was. We didn’t have to go overboard with decorations because of the beauty of the sights on their own. Thank you, Michael, for all the work you put in for our big day and allowing us to use your beautiful venue. It was absolutely perfect and we cherished our experience so much.

We had our 40 year high school reunion at Avalon Keep last night. The views out of the windows were beautiful and the inside was perfect for our large group. We had a great time!

Our son recently used Avalon Keep and Avalon Hall for his wedding. It was a wonderful experience both outside for the ceremony, under the amazing stone archway, and inside Avalon Hall for the reception.
Michael and Melinda worked tirelessly to accommodate the wedding party and guests! We appreciate their help and also Michael did a great job with the photography!
We are very fortunate to have this beautiful venue for weddings and events in our area! Thank you Michael and Melinda for making our son’s wedding so memorable!!

Greetings to all!

I've had the honor and pleasure of hosting multiple social dances at Avalon Keep's Avalon Hall. Let me start by saying that the owners, Mike and Melinda, are simply delightful, kind, and attentive.

As for the building and grounds, they are awe-inspiring. Mike is one of those persons who has purpose for every article and detail--both those overtly present in things such as the hand-crafted stone arch and windows that run the length of the Hall and look out onto beautiful grounds, as well as the minute details that feature intricately crafted trim in the foyer, lace run with lights overhead to create a gentle and surreal ambiance, and so on.

As for the size, I host 45-50 students within the Hall, dancing throughout the hall (as ballroom dancing typically requires more than a little space), as well as seating and eating space off to the side within the same hall (roughly 8-10 tables) and find it quite comfortable. Great lighting, excellent sound system, and decently sized stage.

One additional note, Mike runs much of his equipment on solar and battery backups. This doesn't matter much... unless an unexpected storm comes through and nocks out power to part of the town... which happened my second night hosting dance. We were able to continue dancing in a well-lighted space for the whole two-and-a-half-ish hours we were without power.

All in all, very excellent venue!
