If I could put 0 stars I would. When Baptist took over y’all lost your care. Total unprofessionalism from front desk to doctors. Horrible treatment and talking trash on your patients in the next room is disgusting. Never coming here again. Wife has the Flu and is dehydrated and you discharge her in 5 mins without any tests and say, it’s just the flu, let it run its course.. just sad

Wait time? Fine. Nurse? Great. Doctor? A real skunk. I brought my child in because, sadly, the Peds office would be closed for the next 2 days. The doctor was very condescending and spoke to me like he was scolding a child with zero common sense while his information was completely incorrect according to the CDC, WHO, Mayo Clinic, the actual pediatrician..(the list goes on.) It was a very quick in and out since you can’t argue with a god-complex. However, upon leaving, I was handed an educational paper about the topic of my visit which completely contradicted everything he said and proved what I had argued was correct per much more reliable sources. So, Google for the win, yea? Maybe the doctor’s should have to read these forms before we receive them and they will learn something to help the next patient.

My ER Dr., Ahmed, I feel, didn't even listen to me. I was there for 5 hours today and I spoke with him maybe all of 5 minutes. I complained of gallbladder pain, and all of my symptoms were very consistent with gallbladder pain, and he ordered a CT scan. Why? Ultrasounds are the most efficient way of detecting gallbladder issues. Everyone knows this. I'm not even in any part of the medical field and even I know that. Oh, but just put me in a million dollar machine and charge me thousands of dollars just to detect absolutely nothing at all, ONLY to tell me "you need to contact your PCP and have them order you an ultrasound." I'M ALREADY IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM. YOU HAVE AN ULTRASOUND MACHINE HERE. WHAT'S ANOTHER THOUSAND BUCKS?! Such. A. Joke! CT came back negative -- imagine that! Time and money wasted. ? ? When Ahmed told me the CT was negative and that I needed to follow up with my PCP, he didn't even come into the room, by the way. He poked his head in the door, as if I wasn't important enough for his time.

However, I will say that the nurses made me feel comfortable and we're very kind and compassionate. They had trouble finding a good vein (I've had this issue my whole entire life so it wasn't their fault) but they were very patient and as gentle as they could be. I wish I could rate them separately because they'd all get 5/5.

My fiance injured his back at work and the nurse won't let me sit with him in his room. So if you or your loved one wants someone with you/them don't come here because you'll be left in the dark in the main waiting room

3 hour wait in the ER. Seriously? Population of less than 10,000. The nurses were outright rude. I never got the opportunity to see the doctor because after waiting for 2 1/2 hours with no attempt by the staff to give my girlfriend some type of comfort or relief I drove another hour away to another hospital.
I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE. I refuse to call it a hospital because equipment doesn't make it a hospital.

My daughter went in with chest pains, fever, high blood pressure and experiencing back pain. They gave her a flu and strep test and sent her home.
The ER and Dr. AHMED is a joke. He told us the flu test was swabbed in the throat.
I'm thankful for Dr.Connelly her PCP who immediately ordered an echocardiogram and has referred us to Children's Cardiology Clinic.
Drew Memorial is a joke and we won't be back. The guy with gauges in the E.R. was very unpleasant and ignored us. We never saw the Dr. after ordering tests or given the test results or diagnosis. Just handed discharge papers and sent out the door. The diagnosis was far from correct. My child has a heart condition NOT upper respiratory as they sent us home with.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!
