The Haywood is THE nice place to stay in El Do. This was a business trip, and I wanted a nice place to stay. This Tapestry Collection hotel has very nice rooms that are super clean, comfortable and quiet. There is lots of free parking and a charging station. The pool is nice to. The bar is fun and has nice snacks with good drinks at fair prices. Breakfast is a buffet of cooked hot things and the other cold stuff is pretty standard. I was hoping for a little nicer breakfast. All-in-all an A+ place to stay in town.

What a beautiful place. The only downside was that the restaurant and bar within the hotel were not open when we stayed. That was the only reason we chose the hotel after being on the road for 15 hours on a motorcycle. No restaurants within walking distance. Had to order DoorDash from a fast food chain. Hotel staff were absolutely fantastic and very nice. The hotel was pristine. There was a smell of freshness and cleanliness throughout, and the room was to die for! Breakfast was very good.

I recently stayed at The Haywood in El Dorado and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, with clean and comfortable rooms, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The location is convenient, and the property has a modern yet cozy feel.

Although I encountered a minor issue during my stay, I was impressed with how hotel management promptly addressed it and ensured that it was resolved. Their customer service was responsive and professional, which left me feeling valued as a guest.

I look forward to staying here again in the future and exploring more of what downtown El Dorado has to offer.

Great hotel right in downtown! There are many restaurants within walking distance and a coffee shop on the corner.
Rooms are nice and include unique finishes. Breakfast was better than expected and included.
Only complaint is that the shower door was missing the seal and let water out on the floor. I reported this and nothing was done nor was there any followup.

We planned a quick weekend trip to visit El Dorado and have dinner at Abe's Old Feed House nearby. The dinner at Abe's was excellent, even on a hectic Saturday night; unfortunately, our stay at the Haywood wasn't as positive. The hotel is very nice, and the location is excellent for visiting the sites around downtown El Dorado. The room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. However, the mattress in our King room was uncomfortable (too hard), and the amenities need to be improved. There is no place to charge a phone without moving the bedside table, for example, the pool was closed "for cleaning" on a hot weekend when it would have been nice to cool off in. Their outdoor plants in pots were wilted and dying from lack of water. Just some attention to the details would make this a genuinely five-star hotel.

I really enjoyed my birthday gathering here and it turned out to be such a wonderful night the people who work there help me to celebrate my birthday and it was so much fun they even gave me different varieties of cheesecakes as a birthday surprise and they were delicious every single bite ?. I love the different styles of drinks that they offer. Now the price is a little bit much for the drinks but they are pretty good and different if you like liquor.

All other favorable comments about this hotel I totally agree with. But I wanted to give a shoutout to the efficiency of the hotel staff dealing with a frustrating. On July 19, when we went to check in, we were told that the IT problem had affected all their computer systems and they couldn't check us in or provide us with keys. Dealing with a lobby full of frustrated guests, the staff could not have been better. The continually tried to work on the problem and after several hours were able for Hilton to reset all their techs. Tavekia Cook, the ASST general manager, and desk staff Anna and Brittany are to be commended for their going above and beyond their normal duties to solve the problems as soon as possible. The actions of these employees during a very trying time will cause me to continue to stay at the Haywood. They should be applauded for their efforts.

First the building is very stylish. The interior is sophisticated and upscale. Front desk ladies were so nice and welcoming. We had a double queen room and it was very clean and smelled very fresh. Absolutely loved the bathroom and shower. Though the shower head was a bit too high for a short person like me lol it had nice water pressure. Our room got a bit of noise at times. Not sure if our room was near the housekeeping area but quite a bit of banging at times. |Beds are very firm and uncomfortable for me but I’m sure it would be hard to please every sleeper. Pillows were wonderful and fluffy. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again
