Unprofessional, untrained staff. Would not recommend renting from this location. Vehicles are nice, and mostly clean (Besides getting a vehicle once that smelled like cigarettes). The personnel are not professional and do not have good customer service.

Wow....:) Now This is a great place to rent a car... l highly recommend it...They really go way out of their way to earn your business the old fashion way. From the manager to those who keep your rentals clean and smelling fresh... The other rental place on the strip hmmmm let's say a stones throw away from Mac's really really sucks... so I will not name them hahaha just use your imagination....

Mark is stand up. I will say give him a chance. Have rented multiple times, dating back about 12-15 yrs. Always satisfied. Give him a chance to help with your rental needs.

Unorganized does not listen to customer questions. Pam is the worst customer disservice employee ever and that is a bold statement. I will be actively rooting for that business to go belly up.
