Just attended a conference at the conference center last week. Fairfield Bay was in a heat advisory. The meeting rooms were blasting cold air. They were able to keep up with the size of the building and all the body heat. The decorations were cute and coincided with the type of conference we were having. The food was amazing. Seriously, the best food so far out of the last six conferences I have attended. There was plenty of room for people to mingle and and attended classes or meetings. The bathrooms was clean. The staff were very helpful and 100% made our conference memorable. Highly recommend this location.

I attended a wonderfully intimate musical performance by The Remnants of Rock in the Great Hall. The acoustics were perfect. This is a very nice facility located less than 3 miles from beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The facility itself is only surpassed by the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. I met the Director of Sales, Benny Baker, and he talked with me when I know he had other things to take care of. After I returned home, I discovered that my wallet was missing. After a thorough search I determined that it must have fallen out of my pocket while watching the performance. Mr. Baker had given me his personal phone number, so I was able to contact him on Sunday of the Labor Day weekend. He contacted Amanda Cook, Director of Conference Services, and found out that my wallet had been found and was safe and sound. When I went back to retrieve my wallet I got it from Darlene. When I offered a reward, Darlene politely refused to accept a reward for "just being honest". I told her how much trouble they had saved me and that I was extremely appreciative.

Very Clean wonderful service! We dealt with Syrena. She was super helpful and delightful. Went beyond and above when it came to her job. I am def coming back. 8/14/21 Saw Tom Byrd free concert it was the best experience had a fantastic time!!!

Our welcoming by the mayoress and her husband was quite a surprise. Accommodations for our meeting room were set with style and comfort. We were very pleased with our experience in Fairfield bay.
