Jodi and her team exceeded our expectations. They brought our vision to life with great attention to detail and genuine care, making us feel fully supported throughout the planning process.

They also did a fantastic job with our rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch. Each event was smoothly coordinated and beautifully executed, ensuring an enjoyable experience for us and our guests.

Jodi and her team helped plan my wedding in August of 2024 in Boston. Right off the bat, her and her team had introductory calls with us to understand our vision and overall goals for our wedding. She was great about choosing vendors that matched our vision, and we had a spectacular night without having to worry about the small details. One of Jodi's particular strengths is her creativity and design, which is something I struggle with. Jodi executed on my vision (which admittedly was very vague) and it came out better than I could have ever expected. Our guests were so impressed by our big day and we are still getting compliments months later. I would highly recommend Jodi and the whole JRE team!

Jodi, Sue and Kaitlin planned a fabulous bat mitzvah party for us and exceeded everyone’s expectations (not easy with a 13 yr old!). They were flexible as plans changed and supported whatever decisions we made. The event itself was spectacular…the decor, the vendors, the flow of the party, and everyone raved about it. Jodi et al. are the best; in fact, they’re planning another wedding for our family later this year…best praise I can give is to re-hire them!

Hiring Jodi Raphael Events for our daughter’s wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Jodi and her team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and responsive. They spent a tremendous number of hours working to help our family create the wedding of our daughter’s dreams. Jodi’s recommendation for who to use for vendors were top notch. The timeline Jodi and her team created for our wedding day was invaluable and kept everything moving along smoothly, allowing us to enjoy the day without any worries. This is actually the second time we have worked with Jodi. She was in attendance at our daughter’s bat mitzvah years ago and that was a wonderful event but this wedding was one for the books. We are still getting calls all these weeks after the wedding about how stunningly beautiful it was. Thank you to everyone from Jodi Raphael events for making this day perfect.

Jodi Raphael and her entire team at JRE did an incredible job planning and managing every aspect of Briana and Lyle’s wedding, from helping us select the perfect venue, to helping with the most minute details on the wedding day, many of which we would not have thought of on our own. We selected most of Jodi’s recommended vendors, but we also selected a few on our own. Nevertheless, Jodi worked with all our vendors seamlessly, and she made them all part of the team. Most importantly, Jodi executed Briana’s vision for her wedding to perfection, and we could not have done it without her. In addition, Jodi and her team were incredibly responsive during the more than yearlong process, as no email or phone call went unanswered for more than an hour or two, including weekends, and Jodi was always there for us. We cannot thank her and her team enough, and we highly recommend JRE for your wedding planning needs.

Jodi and her team were at our disposal thoughout the 11 months of wedding planning for our daughter’s wedding. Her communication was always prompt via email, text, phone call or Zoom. Each member of her team was a dream to work with. Having developed professional relationships with vendors over her many years of event planning, she was always ready to recommend vendors for us. My daughter and I then researched them to see if they seemed to be the right fit before deciding which ones to use or to ask her opinion on others. All vendors she recommended were top notch! She seamlessly coordinated all the vendors and rental decor from ordering to day of setup. When, during the last few weeks before the wedding we experienced some major venue hiccups, Jodi stepped in on our behalf and ensured we would receive the event we expected. Her experience and willingness to do this was invaluable. She had great suggestions on decor and her eye on the big picture ensured a spectacular, cohesive wedding. Guests marveled at the attention to detail and the overall beauty of the event spaces. JRE really helped bring our vision to life!
