great place to walk and work out. They have a few machines. Mostly an area to walk at, upstairs or downstairs. ol fashioned workout. treadmills, elliptical bike and a few free weights. call for price info

I Visited The "Senior Center" In Back Of The Sports Complex. As Maps Told Me Earlier, The Address Was Incorrect, When I Put In Info. Because I Know The Area, I Was Able To Find The Center!

I love it, but I think I only like it because their is barely anybody there in I have a very high social anxiety when it comes to meeting new people. It is very clean In there, and the members are extremely friendly. The gym is not what I expect it to be. I thought it would be alot more options, but I can not complain, and it is better than nothing! I can still get the full gym experience .

Love Love Love everything about this place!! Staff are friendly, patrons encourage each other, well lit to walk when the sun is down. Police patrol so you have a sense of safety!! I visit daily when in town!!
