Great sleep, nice hot showers, clean rooms and still pet friendly. The young lady at the front desk when we came in at midnight was so very nice. Parking in back is somewhat difficult due to semi trucks that aren't staying at the hotel and make it difficult for people who have trucks with trailers. Other than that no complaints.

I probably would have left a better rating if they would uphold and honor the Choice hotels rewards program. Reserved with the choice app and booked here because Comfort was sold out. Upon checking in I requested a late check out and was told the best was 12:00, so I was surprised because the program gives you 2 hour early checkin or late checkout. Nothing was noted and so at 11:00 a rude knock and was told to be out by 12 or we'd be charged. The bed was too firm, I tossed and turned all night. It was clean enough but not very comfortable. The staff is not friendly. Glad it was only for 1 night. If we hadn't been so tired we wouldn't have even stayed there. I wouldn't stay at any other Quality Inn again. Comfort is the better "Choice " hotel.

Our room had a strong funky smell like an overused ash tray, even though the whole place was supposedly non-smoking. We kept the a/c on high to deal with it and it wasn't so bad after a while. Breakfast items--folded omelettes and sausage--seemed like they were heated up from the day before. We would not choose this place again.

This is the best comfort inn I have stayed at in a long time. We travel from the west to the east yearly in our rv, so we appreciate amenities. I was very impressed with the comfort of the beds and pillows. The food was hot and fresh. I thought it was wonderful that there was a gazebo with an ashtray. Very impressed

I would stay here again anytime. Nice staff, nice room and plenty of parking. The only 3 small items that I could mention negatively is: The extra lock on top was broke (slide lock), the bathtub puddled up instead of draining during shower and this is the 2nd quality inn that we have stayed at that has super slippery bathtubs. They need those strips or something in them for safety.

The room smells of mildew, and is full of misquitos. The paint is peeling, and the toilet is loose on its base and seeps dirty water on the floor. The security bolt on the door was broken off. Checkout is supposed to be at 11, but housekeeping banged on the door at 8:30 waking us up wanting to clean the room. The beds are comfortable, and at least the TV and AC worked.

I thought this place was great. I had my service dog with me. I was lying down with a terrible migraine, when someone BARGED INTO MY ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING.

My service dog didn't bark, because he's a service dog. But she looked and was like, "oh, just making sure it was the one dog."

Excuse me!? You literally walked into a room when you knew I had a migraine from checking in, and I told you about my service dog so you use a master key and walk INTO my room "just to check" I wasn't lying? Nope. You've ruined the entire stay. That's a violation and if I didn't have a migraine, I'd have checked out and demanded my money back right then.

I would never spend money to stay in this place. I cannot believe my company is making me stay here tonight. No room in the bathroom to even get dressed, mold on the back of the door. I guess I get to watch somebody brush their teeth and wash their face. Watch out for the loose tiles in the bathroom. But they give you a bathmat. This is also not a hotel. It’s a motel. SMH
