Edit: After sharing my experience here publicly they decided to suspend my listing without any notification to me.
Another reason to never with a company like this.

This is the worst company to work with as a host as well as a customer.
I am writing this review to let everyone know that they track your inbox and look at every single message of yours and their employees are proud of it.
So, whether you are looking to book a venue or host keep in mind they are looking at every single message in your inbox which is against the privacy policy atleast to me.

We started using TagVenue as hosts in April this year. While their platform is user-friendly and initially seemed beneficial, we encountered significant issues. A few months into our partnership, we received an inquiry, and the client deposited for an event but later canceled within the 30-day policy. We did not issue a refund, which led TagVenue to delist our venue.

Despite our attempts to resolve the situation, we found the management at TagVenue very difficult to work with. If you’re looking for a platform that treats venue managers fairly and without presumption, I recommend considering alternatives like Giggster, Storefront, or Peerspace.

Wishing TagVenue the best and hope they improve their approach towards venue managers in the future.

Absolute scam! Don’t book a venue through Tagvenue. I booked and paid for a studio for a photography shoot, but no one turned up to let us into the venue and despite numerous calls and messages to contact the venue manager they didn’t respond to any of my communication. Tagvenue have refused to refund me despite the service I paid for not being provided. I thought the point of booking through a booking platform was for added security in these types of situations.

I have booked rooms previously through Tag Venue and never had any issues but today I did a booking for tomorrow (31 hours in advance), had to change the date and literally two minutes after when I had to cancel, I was charged 50% of the booking even if itwas 31 hours ahead.
