Jordan… What an AMAZING ASSET!
People such as Ms. Jordan (Hope spelling of name is accurate) are such a treat when a representative of a company treats you with exceptional service skills, next level customer service and a wonderful smile.
I can feel her work ethic flowing Throughout the lobby, as I watch her working, She stays busy paying attention to every detail.
Her job duties or not? I’m not sure. Other hotels I’ve stayed in, the desk clerk do 5% of what I’ve noticed Ms. Jordan doing.
She is certainly an over the top performer and definitely deserves praise.

This is a great hotel and really the only place to stay as far as I'm concerned in Siloam Springs. It's very clean. It's quiet. The parking is good. The internet is awesome. This is where you want to stay in town in my opinion.

Rooms good. Breakfast area terrible. Stained furniture and 6:45 coffee almost empty and cold. Staff more worried about socializing than cleaning and the breakfast was terrible.

Stayed here in an emergency for several weeks and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Loved the hot
tub and clean rooms.

Positive: Clean Negative: Was woke up by housekeeping at 830, then another knock at door at 9am, told them we would check out at 11, then they knocked again at 10. We were on vacation and to be woke up like that and continued to be harassed was very frustrating!

The room was exceptionally clean and I didn’t have to adjust the thermostat at all. There’s a Walmart neighborhood market within walking distance if you need anything. Can’t speak on the price because it was a corporate account. Overall would recommend with one caveat: the mattress was way too soft for me. I know not everyone likes sleeping on a slab of concrete but I have back problems and honestly would have gotten more rest on the floor. If you like sleeping on a marshmallow that’s fine. I can’t do it.

Excuse our mess, we were cleaning and packing to leave. I forgot to take photos when we got there. Where do I begin? The lobby’s nice. There’s not a lot of parking. There is an indoor pool. The room Didn’t smell bad which was nice. The bathroom had mold in it and wall stains. We cleaned the hotel room and wiped light switches, door handles, counters, everything our toddler might touch and everything was black and nasty! It didn’t appear dirty until we wiped surfaces and things. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. It was very springy and dug into your back. The coffee pot had coffee build up from not being cleaned as well so we didn’t even touch that. The view is as good as you’ll get here. We are premier members here and we couldn’t even get a late check out. The microwave plate doesn’t fit the microwave. When we used it to warm up milk the plate kept coming off almost spilling the milk. We will never stay here again. They need to do better.
