Positive: Room was remodeled. Negative: The smell of bleach when I walked in the room. The tile floor was dirty. Never felt comfortable being barefoot walking on the floor. The price was out of line for the accommodations.Breakfast was very limited.

Wife and I were searching for a place to stay as we traveled thru the day of the eclipse, and room rates and availability in Little Rock & Pine Bluff were high & limited. America's best value in had vacancy, rates roughly 30-60% less that comparable hotels, even a Super 8.

Reviews online and photos looked descent.

Upon check-in, we were promptly greeted.

Our room was very clean, tidy, and presentable - better really than anticipated!

The sheets were clean, free of stains or tears. Same was the case with the towels.

No soapscum, mildew, or rust in the bathroom!

Great place to lay your head and journey on!

Disappointed by this motel. The rooms have some kind of peel and stick flooring - more like tile than carpet. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. We had to ask for soap because the dispenser by the sink didn't have any. The pool looks worse than a swamp - the water is green with patches of some kind green colored growth covering much of the water. Went into the office around 8:00 AM one morning to get an extra towel - there was no on there. I rang the bell and no one ever came so I left. Location really needs some work. Would have stayed in another town but other locations were sold out because of the eclipse.

Nice people, rooms were okay, they were clean. They’ve tried to update the place. The beautiful pool in the pics is a nasty green mess. Few choices in Sheridan.

I stayed at this motel 20 years ago. It was nice, , , then. Now, , , this motel is a dump... pitiful attemp at remodeling,, torn up,, stinking , over priced!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very respectful and I really enjoyed talking with them. They started serving breakfast again and the food was very good, and the breakfast area was very clean. The grounds were clean. Overall, I had a great time there.

Positive: Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Great for my overnight stay. Negative: I chose this hotel specifically for the included free breakfast shown online but I was highly disappointed to find out after checking in they had discontinued providing breakfast since Covid began. No offer from them to discount room rate. Not pleased! Negative: ""
