I cannot say enough kind words about Hired Hostess and Abby Mitchell. Abby made wedding planning a truly fun experience for my husband and I and we always looked forward to our calls with her. I don't think there was a single call where we didn't laugh out loud. Abby made us feel so at ease and I trusted her from the start, she has that kind of personality. I remember the day she showed us the power point vision board she created given our ideas for the wedding and we were truly blown away. My husband and I are not very visionary or creative and Abby was able to create something we could have never envisioned ourselves. However that does not come close to how we felt when we actually saw our ceremony and reception space. It was truly perfect for the new years wedding we dreamed of. Abby also was instrumental in building our vendor team. Every vendor she recommended was phenomenal. Abby went to all of the vendor meetings and tastings with us and provided an honest opinion when we needed help deciding. I don't think our magical day could have been possible without Abby's dedication and skill. Thank you Abby and the entire Hired Hostess team!!!

I truly can't put into words what Abby and her team did for my husband and I during our wedding planning journey. Like many people, we planned our wedding during an incredibly hectic time in our lives (when is life not hectic though?). I constantly felt like I had a million obligations on my plate, and didn't always feel like keeping track of all the details of wedding planning could be at the top of my to-do list. Lucky for me, I quickly realized I didn't have to! Abby has a special way of being extremely organized and detail oriented without bringing any of that stress to the bride and groom. My only job was to show up to our (virtual) meetings and tell her a final yes or no of what I wanted on the big day, and that's truly all I ever wanted and needed in a wedding planner. By the time I met Abby for the first time in person at our ceremony rehearsal, I felt like we had been friends forever (and my family quickly fell in love with her too!) She's sweet, bubbly, beyond intelligent and always professional. When we reminisce about our wedding, we always come back to the fact that it only turned out as perfect as it did (and trust me, it was perfect!!) because of Abby and her team. If there was a single hiccup on my wedding day, and I'm sure there was, I didn't know about them. She took care of absolutely everything. I could rave about her talent for days and will always owe her a million thanks.

Wedding planning can be a lot; there's so much that goes into one day and it can feel really overwhelming. Abby breaks everything down into bite size pieces and makes sure you're having fun as you go. On your big day, you can rest assured that everything is taken care of. Planning a wedding can be a daunting task, but Abby made it as smooth as possible! She guided us through the process by providing helpful documents, timelines, and recommendations. We could not have done it without her! She is a great problem solver and is professional as well as relational. She is a great communicator and easy to work with which helped our day go smoothly. Abby Mitchell was fantastic is planning, organizing, and executing my Son's wedding this past summer at Integrity Hills, Ridgedale, Missouri! Hunter and his wife live in Dallas, so planning a long distance wedding added some additional stress. Abby took that all away, in handeling all the fine details down to a tee! She and her staff were extremely friendly, had wonderful ideas, and executed the Big Day wonderfully! We could not have had a more perfect event!
