The hotel was extremely clean & smelled great walking in. The young man was very nice behind the counter. The breakfast was great and the orange juice was very good. breakfast went until 10:00 am. They had eggs and bacon and waffles & etc. The beds were comfy. Our room had a huge shower. . We will definitely stay again if ever in Hope Ark

Very nice hotel with good service. Reception desk was staffed and helpful. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Complimentary breakfast offered many options that were good. Grounds are well maintained with lovely landscaping to welcome visitors.

Normally at least a four star. However, this time I can’t because of condition in the room. Thermostat hanging loose on the wall and the AC unit was very noisy. Bed was fair but the carpet sure was sticky in parts of the room.|Normally a good stay but this room, 105, needs some TLC.|On the positive side, the desk staff was attentive, helpful and offered dining options nearby.|Food area was clean and well presented.

This Hampton Inn is conveniently located near I-30, with food choices nearby. We stopped here overnight on a road trip home to Texas, and found the rooms to be comfortable and clean, though just a little dated/worn (hotel was built in 2013).
There is a small indoor pool and outside patio that looked relaxing. The breakfast is typical for Hampton with waffles, eggs, biscuits, etc. The customer service is what makes this hotel shine, everyone was very warm and friendly, and happy to help. We would stay here again!

My family of 4 stayed here on our way back to TX from TN. Location is great, right off of I30. Plenty of gas and grocery options nearby. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel isn't that large, but seemed very, very quiet. Staff was very friendly and eager to help. Plenty of breakfast options for the family and kids. Coffee was plentiful and hot! A++

Stayed w/ family while driving through town - chose for consistency and value.
The gentleman at the front desk in the evening was super nice and made it really easy to check in after driving all night.
Front desk agent (Angel?) was very friendly in the AM too. Breakfast attendant seemed rushed to keep things stocked despite a slow Monday morning and seemed annoyed (although attentive).
Mattresses seemed a little old despite everything else seeming updated.

If needing a bed to sleep in around that area again, will certainly stop here!

No! Just keep driving! There is an overpowering odor of smoke, poop, and wet dog in the second floor rooms. The smell is worse in the bathroom, like it is coming up from the drains. You might also enjoy the nerve jangling sound of 20 hotel bathroom fans running continuously as everyone tries to clear the stink from their rooms. The smell permeates EVERYTHING! I made the mistake of using the hair products and now I smell like dog flatulence. The smell is so bad, I almost forgot to mention that it's 75 deg in the room and the AC doesn't work or is turned off for the winter. No! No! A thousand times no!

Stayed in room 325. Horrible vibrating in the hallway where the coat closet is it was so bad it made the closet door rattle. Noise kept turning on and turning off.
Finally went down to the front desk and the wonderful young man let me move to a different room. All I wanted was sleep from driving all day.
