Very pleased with my stay! Ms Rhonda was delightful at check in, as well as the other times I was blessed with her presence at the front desk. ?
Room was clean and beds provided a pleasant night's sleep. I would recommend some felt bumpers on the cabinet doors, so as not to slam every time they close- is my only 'complaint'.
Per the reviews, breakfast was delightfully satisfying! I don't recall his name, but a gentleman who's name tag said 'General Manager' was so kind as to greet everyone at breakfast both mornings during my stay.
Fitness room has a decent variety to work with.
Pool was wonderful (outside of someone leaving cracker crumbs all over in one area of the walking space)!
Glad I did my research and stayed here.

Stopped for a 1 night stop over on the way to TX. Rhonda at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. She put us in a room close to the lobby since my mother-in-law is handicapped. We got up to enjoy a delightful breakfast prepared for us by Velma. She is such a sweet lady and made sure everything was fantastic. Employees like this, is why people look forward to coming back.

The hotel is a bit dated, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast attendant was especially friendly and kept everything organized and replenished. Not many good restaurant choices at the exit where the Hampton Inn is located, but DoorDash worked fine. Easy on and off I-40. We appreciated that the Hilton digital key was available and worked well here, which is not always the case at other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. We’ve been here a couple of times when passing through, and would stay again.

Their breakfast is the best of all the places I’ve stayed at driving from California to Tennessee! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and there is plenty of parking.

This is my 4th visit here. Even my husband was pleased. Rooms very clean. Beds Comfortable. Coffee, tea & cocoa to greet you. Breakfast in morning was good. Little extras. Has a to go bag if you want. Contained water, bagel with jelly, peanut butter, and 1 other thing. Places to plug in computer and phones. Refrigerator, microwave. Outdoor pool looked inviting. Large TV.

Excellent Hampton Inn. We've stayed here a few times while traveling from Texas to Tennessee for Jeep events. The beds are really comfy, great hot water, friendly staff and good location.

Mr. Beepatel the proprietor/ manager is lovely and checks in on your stay at breakfast, and Mrs. Thelma is absolutely delightful with kind words and a warm smile to kick off your day before heading out. We travel often, and this location never disappoints. Highly recommend.

This hotel really gave the vibe of a renovated old Holiday Inn. Layout was the same as old HI's that I've been in before as opposed to all the Hamptons I've stayed at. Felt old and dated. Room was clean however. All bathroom facilities functioned as they should i.e. shower had decent flow and pressure etc. The bed was hard so we didn't get a good night's sleep. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast was good. The scrambled eggs in particular were cooked (steamed?) perfectly. In other places they get dried and overcooked.

Service was likewise good. There were random people knocking on my door. I didn’t even have the television on and I was alone. Peephole didn’t show anyone at the door. Fearing for my safety, I called the front desk. They said they went into the hall and no one was there. Then I received a phone call a little later, telling me I was being too loud. I was asleep. I called the front desk again and told them. Nothing they could do, really. But they were responsive and nice. People are just nuts.

The building.. needs an update. I’ve been to several of these types of Hampton Inns and they’re in dire need of a refresh. You can smell that it’s old. Forgivable. They have a bigger television, a fridge, and microwave in the room.

There’s the issue of the towels and bed linens. There was a stain on the coverlet. And make up stains on the towel. I don’t wear make up. There was also a stain on the chaise. Forgot to take a pic of the chaise but pics of the towel and sheet are with this review. Looks like make up on the towel but I don’t want to think about what the stain on the sheet was.
