When after 4 phone calls from 1:20 they finally answered at 1:40. I asked them to take me to wall Mart before 2pm cause I had to be at work. They said that it would be no problem. After 4 more calls they wouldnt pick up. Its now 3:05 and I'm extremely late and they still won't answer. Worst taxi I ever heard of. So sad that's its impossible to rate lower.

They literally almost never answer the phone. What's the point in being a taxi service if you're never available? they're also super unreliable. You can call and set up a ride ahead of time and they won't even bother. We need uber. Not this.

never showed up. i called back 5 times in the span of 2 hours. they answered the first two times and said they'd be here in 10 minutes... the last 3 times i called, it went to voicemail.. i left two voicemails .. they are entirely unreliable and ruined my evening

literally the worst taxi on this planet!! How you gonna answer the phone rude as all get out!! Then he says call him back when I need the pick up and never answer the phone!! Please Do better or find a replacement!!
