Time for remodel. There was a mildew type smell in our room. Priceline says "free continental breakfast". Nope. Here's your coffee & prepackaged cinnamon roll.
Yes COVID changed things, but dang update the websites.

As soon as I got to the door of my room, I noted the outside of the door was really grungy/dirty. Opened the door and got hit with the most putrid smell, possibly urine, not sure. Turned the AC unit down to cool. The AC unit had dust and possibly mold, but cooled the room down fine. The tv cable wire was stapled around the door that had rust around the frame/wall. Paint was peeling off the ceiling and walls. One wall next to the bed looked like it had been peed on. Burn holes on top bedding. The bed felt like a cheap cardboard box. The sheets were soft, but stained. The toilet had smeared, splotchy caulk around the base. When you flush the toilet, it goes all the way to the top rim and then VERY slowly goes down. Tub faucets rusty. The closest place to plug in phone charger is the bathroom. Weeds surrounded the waterless pool. They also have new requirement for $50 cash when you check-in and get it back when you check out. (Unsure why). They have no ATM and the ATM at the gas station down the street had no cash, so had to go to Walmart.
The staff were very nice. I have more pix but wasn't sure how many I could put on.

Positive: It was close to our event. Negative: Online description of amenities needs to updated. Says it has a pool but pool was closed down permanently a long time ago. Says it is near liquor store but it is in a dry county. Says full breakfast w/ waffle iron provide but only muffins and juice.

What makes this stop good is the staff. i had some ice chests that were heavy to unload the staff came out and helped me unload. im thankful for the help i received. the motel could use some udates as the furniture is old but the room was clean and we slept good. its a good pit stop on our road trip. its not the ritz but a good layover if you need a room for the night we stayed there 2 nights coming and going and we enjoyed the stay the staff is the best part of our trip and stay here. would stay again if we needed an overnight stay again.

This hotel is not located in Hope, AR. I did a reservation on Priceline.com for this hotel and once I got to the town, and google the address, it shows that the hotel is 90 miles away from hope, AR. The hotel is refusing the refund, even when they know that the location information is wrong. I was scam by them and the Priceline.com page. I have open a BBB claim to try to get help with a bill of more than $200 for the 3 days reservation.

If someone can give me a tip on how can I dispute the charge I will appreciate it.

Bed bugs.

Company I work for booked us all into this motel earlier this week and more than half of us are all broke out with itchy, red bug bites afterward.

Toilet didn’t work in one room, hot water heater ran out during a shower, spiders and cockroaches were hiding in corners, and once again, we all got eaten up by bed bugs

This place is a dump, should have been closed down, moldy smell in the rooms, infested with brown recluse spiders and roaches, poor customer service i had to go get fresh towels and was given a hassle about it because they thought I was one of the tenants that lived there. Refrigerator never got cold enough and my food spoiled, was there for family reunion but it turned out to be the worst 2 days of my vacation.

The lady up front was super sweet, fast ,& nice .
She was able to get my room in one minute .
Rooms were clean & location was great as well.
