Road trip from Ohio to Texas, and this was our last stay whilst on the trip. We had been staying at another high-end hotels and decided to try this one. We had a good view, the room itself was nice and the beds were comfortable. Enjoyed having a kitchenette so we could "unpack" and enjoy. The hotel itself is clean, and breakfast is continental, the usual stuff. The front courtyard was nice, with a fire pit and soft music, we enjoyed sitting out by the fire and enjoying conversations with other guests. The only negative feedback I can give is that whilst we were there, none of the hotel staff spoke to us unless we approached them.
We did ask for restaurant suggestions, and Sierra and Logan told us some good places to go and eat! However, the front desk person never spoke to us unless she had to and wouldn't speak where we could hear her or look at us whilst speaking. For the hospitality industry, you have to speak to guests and make them feel welcome. I don't think I've ever been so disregarded by a hotel front desk. When I informed her at 7am, there was no coffee, and it obviously aggravated her, so we literally tried to avoid the front desk until her shift ended. Maybe she was having some "off days," I don't know. I hope if this is not the job she wants, that she finds her happy place. I'm not sure if we will stay here again, we normally stay at another hotel in the area when we go to Hot Springs. There was a couple that checked out the day before us, and they told Logan that like us, they enjoyed the hotel and had been there a week, but No one other than Logan had spoken to them either

Everything was fabulous! Except!! We checked out early due to hardness of the bed. My husband looked and there were hard slats underneath the mattress. It was uneven. Need to get way thicker mattresses or add box springs.

Made an error on account. Said they have taken care of it. Time will tell. Very nice about it.

Great hotel! Room was VERY clean. Front desk and housekeeping staff were AMAZING ! Location is easy to find and convenient to everything in town.

Very well maintained property. Very comfortable bed. Full kitchen. Excellent breakfast selections included. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping offered every 3rd day of stay, which seems to be the typical practice at many hotel properties, post-Covid. We would stay here again if our travels take us to Hot Springs.

Nice hotel with very clean rooms. We stayed in a room with a little kitchenette and everything necessary to make you feel like home. Very affordable price. I will definitely stay here next time I am visiting this area

Positive: Very nice, comfortable and clean. Negative: The eggs at breakfast had no taste. Other breakfast items were great! This place would have gotten a 10 with better eggs.

Positive: It had a roof and a bed. The lady at the front desk was great! Negative: The first room we went to had a lot of mold in the shower and a few stray hairs in the bathroom sink. On the floor outside out first room it looked like puke on the floor.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Logan checked is in and was very friendly. He remembered our name the next day when we walked in. The only drawback is it is about 4 miles from bath row in Hot Springs. If you have a car, it’s no big deal.
