Overall the hotel was excellent - good location, we had a lovely view of the lake from our window. We had a suite and loved the extra amenities. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with any queries. ||Negatives: |1. Walls are thin - we could hear the TV in the room next door, which that guest seemed to turn on around 9-10 pm. |2. Fitness center - it seemed odd to have the laundry room within the fitness center and I felt uncomfortable working out while a guest was lounging in the chair there, talking on his phone, while waiting for his laundry to finish. It also impacted the floor space available for doing weights and floor-based exercises (that floor-space was right by the chairs guests use to sit outside the laundry room). It was also noisy to have the washer and dryer operating while working out - not to mention the additional humidity they created.|3. Breakfast was good - the food was well-presented BUT supplies dwindled rapidly once guests arrived for their breakfast.|4. Smoking area - unless you were using the main entrance, you have to walk past the smokers sitting right next to the access doors to the building. This is an unpleasant experience and not a good look in my opinion. It was especially evident when you are trying to watch the sunset from the west end of the building.

Had A Great Experience, was in Town for work for a couple weeks. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only thing they can improve on would be the Breakfast, but that is only a minor issue. Sammie was extremely helpful at the front desk, and she gave me some insight on local activities and dinning options. I would highly recommend Giving her a raise ASAP! She is good with Customers, not just me. Overall it was a great time!

Good location. Marina view. Very clean with great service and friendly staff. The free breakfast was good with a nice variety with glassware, plates and utensils. We enjoyed the coffee & and cookies being available at afternoon check-in. The room was clean. Nice clean shower and fully supplied. Also had very nice toiletries with no sulfates and parabens. Easy check-in and out.

Outside the busy areas of downtown but easy to get anywhere. Located next to Lake Hamilton, we had a lake view room. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The sheets were too small for our bed. Nice pool but no lounge chairs. Breakfast was good as well as the breakfast attendant. My only real complaint is the front desk girl literally sat on her phone nonstop, barely looking up as we checked out.

The hotel is 12-15mins away from downtown but we love the location since it’s near from the popular establishments if you forgot to buy something or you need to buy essentials for the trip. The rooms are pretty clean although when when we first got in it smells good but they need to deodorized the carpets since they are pet friendly hotel. The attendants was nice and accomodating. The things they need to improve is the breakfast maybe they should provide a different option but we love the pancake waffle though. The mini living room sofa is not as comfortable as most of the hotels do but it’s fine. Overall experience we love it’s location and cleanliness.

Positive: The room was very spacious! Negative: Had to wait for breakfast because the tray was emptied and nobody was paying attention to it. One day we didn't had hot water, I call and reported, 30 minutes later the fixed it. Front desk staff not friendly in general.

This hotel is great! There were freshly baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies in the lobby. The room was clean and the a/c worked great. The view from our room (411) was pretty good. The view from the end of the hallway was beautiful!

The outdoor pool was clean as well as the perfect temperature. There were plenty of pool towels and seating available.

After the pool, we went back to our room to take showers. I was so pleased with the bathroom. First off, the exhaust fan actually worked. I couldn't believe it. Then the water pressure was strong and the water was hot the entire time. The shampoo and conditioner was amazing!!! My daughter and I have pretty long hair, this shampoo and conditioner got rid of all of our knots, plus it smelled good.

We then needed to get a few things from the front desk. While my husband and daughter took advantage of the free coffee and hot chocolate, I had the pleasure of speaking with Taylor. She was super nice and very helpful. She hooked us up with some toiletries, extra blankets, and a late checkout for the next day so that we didn't have to rush in the morning. She was so awesome!!!

The breakfast was very good. Waffles, sausage egg and cheese croissants, biscuits and gravy, muffins, yogurts, cereal, etc. So good!!!! The young woman in the kitchen was very friendly and helpful. She supplied me with a tray so that I could take our breakfast upstairs to our room.

I loved being able to get our food, refrigerate it, and reheat it in the microwave when my husband and daughter woke up.

Cons: the tv was not a smart tv. Also, the location, while good, is a bit odd. The roads are kind of dangerous because of how sharp the turns are in conjunction with how high the speed limit is.

Our stay was okay. Our room was a good size, 2nd floor view was okay, no lake view from our window really. Beds were very uncomfortable, our cable kept loosing signal! The gust above us not sure if there was kids or what but alot of banging/running sounds. Definitely needs improvement on their breakfast, on the weekend it’s from 7-10am and when we went to breakfast it was before 8 they hardly had nothing, no fruit no regular milk the cereal was stale I couldn’t even eat it because they only had almond milk that is like water. Not a fan of powered eggs, they were out of waffle mix and by 830ish they ran out breakfast sandwiches for more guest. Definitely needs improvement in some shift customer service. Location was in a good area. The pool is very clean and the gym was fun to use. Location was great!
