After 2 yrs of treatment I was no better. It seems they want to diagnose bipolar. Got a second opinion. Adult ADHD and OCD. Meds work now. I'm concerned because they has given my daughter the same diagnosis she is no better after almost a year. I hope they will do better in diagnosis. My daughter is still suffering and afraid to ask for another evaluation.

My grandson and I have had a wonderful experience with Hometown. The therapists, psychiatrists and office staff are always available and ready to address questions and/or concerns. I am so glad we were able to work with Hometown during many difficult transitions. I would highly recommend Hometown Behavioral Health services!

This is the WORST place, I have ever seen. Been waiting for 4 months to see a Psychiatrist and my appointment was today. I called to let them know I was coming and they said they rescheduled my appointment for a week previous, and did not notify me. They said they notified me but, I was not notified. She called me a liar, numerous times. Now, they want me to wait another two months for an appointment. Save your time and your padded insurance bills and go somewhere else.

I record my doctor's visits. I have a bad memory and I need to remember what the doctor wants me to do. This office knew of my circumstance. These people are so terrible that they don't want to be recorded doing what illegal and wrongful actions against Their patience. Because I attempted to record my doctor's visit day is it they requested me to be put in an insane asylum. These people are not safe.

Therapist is great! APN who served as psychiatrist was not knowledgeable or willing to listen to patients .Seemed more concerned with proving how much smarter she is than someone with 30 years experience taking the meds.

This place needs to be investigated and shut down ASAP! They’re committing insurance fraud by billing for appointments not kept. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to see these nasty people. Cindy at the front desk is rude, incompetent, and she’s a bully. They flat out lie to you about anything and everything. The APN knows nothing about psychiatry and I think it’s a shame that they allow her to dispense meds to mentally ill people. Please join me and help shut them down before they’re responsible for killing people.
