From a full-time photographer and videographer's perspective The Magnolia Plantation is a top-notch wedding venue. Such a beautiful area with lots of character. I've met the owners and they're always so helpful and and respectful. Highly recommend!

The Plantation Venue is one of a kind place! The beautiful place has a heartwarming four story house that was built on gorgeous land that features a lake! The NEW venue is any brides dream place to get married! We, personally, have hosted bridal showers, birthday parties and attend any events that has been hosted in the Venue! Amanda, the owner, is super nice and very easy to work with! She will go above and beyond to make your wedding and/or event be perfect!
However, if you just need a getaway, book with Amanda and stay in the cozy house! You will love the front porch swing as well as the swimming pool!

Amanda is AMAZING! She considers every detail to make your day perfect. I have had several friends get married out there and every time was just as beautiful as the last. The Plantation venue itself is absolutely gorgeous! It is so peaceful and whimsical. I can not wait for Amanda to tackle my big day later this year! I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Plantation and the people who operate it. I have delivered cakes there MANY times and each time, I am stunned by the beauty and versatility of the outdoor and indoor spaces. You are in exceptional and capable hands with Amanda. She is ready to go above and beyond in trying to meet your needs and help your vision become a reality, with as much (or as little) involvement as you require of her. She is amazing with all things event related and so sweet! The property itself is stunning, between it's lake, fields, hills, forests, and the grand 3 story home. It's as if it jumped off the pages of an HGTV magazine spread, ready to house your group and/or host gatherings of any kind. Amanda has built the most beautiful event center anywhere in the area right there on the property, easily accessible with lots of parking. Whether it is a wedding, reception, reunion, birthday party, spring formal, seasonal market or festival.... you cannot beat this space! I was fortunate to secure a space there for her Fall Market to showcase my cakes and sell treats, the center was full and local patrons were very happy to have such a nice environment to shop in! Complete with a kitchen and GORGEOUS loft space and stairway, the large event center is stunning! Our family has also used the home as a venue for a birthday party as well, and everyone LOVED the lit up outdoor patio by the pool! Amanda offers so many options between the outdoor space, home, and event center..... your event will most certainly be tailored to your needs and will be memorable for your guests! There is NOTHING like it in the area, and I feel we in Northeast Arkansas are very lucky to now have such a beautiful venue right in our backyard.

I worked with Amanda and Brent as the coordinator for a wedding in early October 2020. Everyone at The Plantation went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed for the event!

The tables, chairs, and linens were already setup upon our arrival on Friday allowing us to focus on the remainder of the setup without stressing over time. We were allowed and encouraged to use any of their decorations as well!

In addition, we stayed at the house across from the event center. This was super convenient providing a perfect place for the bridal party to stay and get ready.

I highly recommend The Plantation if you’re planning an event in the future! The venue is beautiful and serene and the people there are truly some of the hardest working people I’ve ever encountered. You won’t be disappointed!

I have personally spent time at the plantation, watching her turn people’s dreams into realities. She works so hard and makes every customer her #1 priority. She has responded to every one of my questions quickly and checks in frequently. It’s coming down to crunch time for my wedding and the final run through at the venue with Amanda completely calmed my nerves. She has so many wonderful ideas and is sooo detail oriented! And her decor stash, holy moly! I have no doubt my wedding will be perfect thanks to The Mahans!
