We used TPIM for our wedding last weekend and they surpassed all of our expectations! For the entire day, I didn't have to worry about anything. We had Krista as our head planner and she was assisted by Whitney. Both were so lovely to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and able to get things done!

They ensured everyone in the bridal party and family got where they needed to go and on time. They coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure everything + everyone arrived at the right times for setup and break down.

Working with our team from The Privilege is Mine for our wedding was a dream! We were looking for a coordination team since we had booked most of our vendors and made a lot of plans ourselves, but we had a unique wedding day with two ceremonies and meal services in the same day, requiring a lot coordination with vendors, an extra long day, and complex turnovers. Ever since our first call with Lara, we really vibed with her philosophy of nontraditional wedding planning for nontraditional couples and we felt like our energy and priorities would be matched by this team. We wanted our wedding to feel like a laid back, extremely personal celebration of us, our relationship and our cultures, and we felt that working with Lara and her team would help us achieve exactly that.

Throughout the process, we had regular monthly communication to check in, which was amazing. The team also hopped on important vendor calls and meets if they felt we needed extra support. Nicole and Amberlyn, our leads for the day, went above and beyond in supporting us, answering all of our questions, dealing with a few vendor issues we ran into in the months leading up to the wedding. TPIM’s customizable add ons, if you find you need extra are also a great option, and we were able to add some extra support to coordinate the timeline with vendors. There was never any assumptions about wedding traditions, which was especially appreciated by us as a couple with two non-American families.

The day of the wedding was the most stress-free experience because we knew Nicole and Amberlyn would take care of everything. they handled a rain plan, ceremony running over, family, and everything in between and made sure we had the most fun day. they made sure we were fed, supplied with drinks and so we'll taken care of. Our assistant planners, Sydney and Chanler, were also so lovely to work with.

Lara and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. We worked with TPIM for day of coordination services and we had such a calm experience throughout the process! We had a wedding that blended both indian and brazilian culture so at first I was worried my vendors would not really understand the vision - but Lara and her team were AMAZING in guiding us through the process. Even day of when small things would go off schedule, Lara was right there one point to make sure adjustments were made smoothly. We even had to make a last minute table switch to make the dance floor bigger and TPIM took charge and ran with the change flawlessly! AMAZING! Look no further if you're looking for talented, organized, creative and kind planners. I'm pretty type A and have a high attention to detail. Normally I have a hard time fully handing things off because of those traits- but Chanler and her team did an amazing job. I was fully able to unplug from all the details and enjoy the day. Everything I scheduled went perfectly - and I had a lot of bells and whistles to watch. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
